A 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Koukaki, just off the historic Filopappou Hill and a 10min walk from the Acropolis and its renowned Museum. The flat is conveniently located 550m from Syngrou Fix metro station & a 10’ride/drive from the city's seafront! An excellent flat for a convenient stay in the most vibrant, central & historic part of Athens! Fully equipped & air-conditioned, wifi, washer available.
A 68m2 modern flat located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10 minute walk to Acropolis hill. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom provides a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds (that can be joined). Both rooms are air-conditioned and have access to the balcony. Room darkening shades are available in both bedrooms. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen
In the living room, there is a three seater sofa, two armchairs and a 43’ Smart TV. The main dining table is suitable for 4-6 persons.
Our flat features a cute balcony towards the main pedestrian street, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the city’s life!
