Enjoy this family-friendly resort located minutes from the famous PCB Pier Park and scenic 30A destinations

Our condo is located directly on the beach. Enjoy perfect beach views from the 12th floor. Our unit is 1BD/2BA ( 6sl).

wrist bands: Splash resort charges a single flat fee of $25 for as many parking passes
as you may need for your stay. Please stop by the HOA desk (gift shop) located at the sky bridge to get parking passes and complimentary wrist bands.

Keyless entry door lock system.

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am. Please feel free to contact us if you need special accommodation.
