We really loved this place - it was within walking distance to everything in Grand Lake but also felt modern and really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
It was a great place to stay! There was a little mix up about entryway code, otherwise great!

We hope to host you for another truly carefree and great vacation in the future!
This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great location for easy access to downtown Grand Lake and is well appointed and modern. It is a bit noisy as it's on a main street and there's construction nearby but we were able to solve it with a white noise machine.

Nice condo close to town
The condo was nice and fairly clean. Just a short walk to the Grand Lakes boardwalk with all the shops and restaurants. We were not provided the correct entry code for the lock box on the property, only a code for a door that we never needed access to.

We could walk to town that’s where it ends. There was no reliable wifi even after resetting. The stairs in this home are AWFUL. Death trap for kids and seniors. The gates provided are broken or aren’t wide enough. It’s Steep and narrow and 2 flights. The traffic in front is loud during day and construction all day so we couldn’t open the door. Bedroom downstairs is cold. We will not stay again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're truly sorry to hear that your stay was impacted by issues with the WiFi, stairs, gates, noise, and the temperature in the downstairs bedroom. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, and we regret that we fell short during your visit.
Your concerns about the safety of the stairs and gates are very important to us, and we will be sure to share this with our local team so they can assess and address these matters promptly. Regarding the WiFi and noise disturbances, we understand how frustrating these can be, especially when you’re hoping to relax. We will also pass along your feedback about the cold bedroom to ensure it is looked into. We hope you'll give us a second chance to impress you.
The property was very conveniently located to the lovely town of Grand Lake. It's well appointed... our only "issue" was trying to confirm parking availability... we suspected there was garage parking available from the listing photo (and there is - a tandem garage for two cars) but the property manager was slow to respond and then only knew that there was one "unassigned" parking spot outside. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and once we were checked in, the property manager quickly responded to any questions we had.

Great little getaway
Close to town. Easy access (minus all the stairs). Loved use of the garage. Perfect for a family getaway to Grand Lake.
Garage is the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor with a jack and Jill bathroom, and another bedroom and bath and the kitchen on the top floor.
The noise from the street is heard, but didn’t bother me too much once asleep. Views are amazing and the big hill out back was a hit for my kids and my dog. Had there been snow they would have sledded all weekend!!! Clean and cozy. The heated floors were amazing!! I would stay again!
Pretty much as advertised. On main road into town so can hear traffic during day. Missing wash clothes and dish towels. Needs thorough cleaning of blind dust and ceiling cobwebs. Did not have key access code for front door and code for locked trash bin. We pay cleaning fee and should not have to pay for city trash removal. Had to call and get that resolved.

Bad property management by Vacasa
Property was described as "Luxury" but fell short. Inpart by physical condition. Mostly be bad management. Missing toilet paper holder, broken dining chair, wrong codes for access, t ash left from prior tenant, heavy dirt on garage floor, garage in disarray, lack of assistance by Vacasa property management, etc etc.

This is the review I sent Vacasa:
Upon arriving we got a message stating the lock on the door was troublesome and gave suggestions as to how to lock/unlock the door. It was much more than troublesome - we could not get the door open. Four 60+ year old ladies were standing out in the 20 degrees cold trying to get the lock to work. It took us about 30 minutes to finally shove the door open. Then we tried to lock it. We thought we had it locked and went out for the evening only to find it was NOT locked and the place was inadvertently left unsecured. After we spent time checking to see if someone was hiding in the condo or if our property was gone, we again fought the lock on the door. None of us slept that night because we weren't completely confident the place was secure. The second day we did not leave, partially because we did not want to fight with the door again. In our attempts to lock the door we discovered the attached garage was empty and accessible - but instructions told us not to use it! To add to our insecurity, the door was a full pane of glass - no privacy or security whatsoever.
The condo was lovely and we enjoyed our stay to the extend we could with the security issues. It was clean and well appointed.
