Here is what you should know-
Dock is in a small cove that spreads out into big water. Lake level is regulated and at full capacity the depth at the end of the dock is 6 ft deep. Typically in the summer the water level is at full capacity however at times it may be lower. Diving off the dock probably is not desirable HOWEVER our cove is very private and safe and guests usually will head out from the dock on rafts to deeper water to enjoy a swim!

Comfortable room for up to 12 people with 2800 sq feet of living space on 3 levels. It is suitable for elderly or anyone who has trouble with stairs as there is a stair lift at the ground floor entry up to the living area. The master bedroom is on the main floor.
Kitchen- The large kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric smooth cook top, dishwasher, and microwave that also works as a convection oven. There is a large table that seats 6-8 as well as 4 bar stools.
Laundry- There is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience
Living Room- Living area is off the kitchen on the main level and open to the sunroom, sectional couch TV, expansive lake views.
Sunroom- Large room overlooking the lake with windows that open, comfortable pull-out couch that coverts to queen to sleep 2, TV, puzzle or game table..
Bedrooms
1. Master on the main level with a king bed, TV, whirlpool tub, large shower, large walk in closet, and private deck overlooking the lake.
2. Queen on upper level with TV, private deck, jack and jill bath shared with bedroom
3. Two queens on upper level with TV, jack and jill bath shared with bedroom 2
4. Queen sleeper on private sunporch
Lower Level
Entry door from driveway, garage access, and 3 doors to large lower deck. This level is a game room in progress. Currently we have corn hole and large outdoor connect four- more to come!
