1900 SqFt House 25Ft Heatable Pool/Spa- Strip View

Summary:

Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 1900 square foot house!. Basketball court, golf putting green and a decking with a strip view. Sunken pit sitting area. House was built in 2019 and nobody lived in it until 2022. Amazingly beautiful views from the backyard and house. Very spacious and accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. 25 foot heatable pool and jacuzzi. High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. Each bedroom has it's own smart TV and the living room has a huge smart TV.



The Space:

Amazing sunset and strip views!!! There is a security camera at the front door and garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.

To heat the HOT TUB IS FREE!! Just message or call anytime you want it on during your stay!



If you would like to heat the pool it will cost

$50 per day (April-October)

$125 for the 1st day and then $50 per day after (November- March)

Pool will be heated to 86 Degrees

The pool can be heated for as many days as you want (not necessary to have it heated for all the days in your stay) but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it.



There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in pool.

Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 10PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. Recording of music videos or films is not allowed unless authorized by me in advance. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund. House is legally registered as a short term rental with the City Of Henderson so you reservation is safe. Certificate #STR21-00144. I have also officially beed short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.





Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).





If the house rules or anything written above is broken and an eviction must be done you will be charged a $250 fee for the payment of the security company to evict you.

Amazing rental for families that do not care for Las Vegas style accommodations! Decor still had the feeling of Vegas, but was relaxing. My family enjoyed the outdoor space! The host was very easy to contact and responded quickly to our needs. Home could use more pillows, but other than that I wish I could rate the property higher than 5 stars !

Great Property

Holiday getaway

This was a very fun place to stay. The pool was great (definetly pay to have it heated), and kids enjoyed the basketball court too. We also paid for the fire pit one night and made smores.(we brought our own sticks) was a hit! For us it was a great location a few miles away from the strip. Great trip

Awesome Outdoor Area

The backyard area was the selling point to stay at this property and it did not disappoint. I would recommend having the pool heated. Our group liked that there were two large bedrooms with spacious en suite bathrooms. The host was very responsive to questions.

Fabulous location!

Super cute property that was a great space to use as a "home base" while visiting Vegas. Slight snafu with the lock that the property manager took care of quickly. We disnt arrive to the property until almost midnight and he answered the phone! Super nice and responsive. Can't say enough about how beautiful the views are. Worth it!

Perfect!

We had a wonderful spring break in this home. My 3 teenage boys loved the backyard. Too cold to swim, but still enjoyed the hot tub, putting green, and basketball court. Location is perfect if you want off the strip. Very clean and the owner was very responsive. Overall, perfect place for our family!

Very nice home

We really enjoyed our stay. Initially the address seemed a little far, but it really wasn’t. We were 15 to 30 minutes away from everything. The house was very comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I might suggest new pillows. The showers had very hot water and good pressure. The kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. Everything was exactly as in the pictures, except we thought it might be a little bigger. The hot tub got really hot and even though it was cold, it was nice having a lovely outside area. It was very nice, and suited our needs perfectly. We’re definitely stay there again.

Hidden Gem

My family and I stayed here for a week for my birthday. This property exceeded our expectations! As soon as we walked in it was absolutely STUNNING! We each had our own bedrooms with bathrooms so no one had to share. The backyard was an absolute dream from the pool to the jacuzzi to the putting green to the basketball court and even a raised pavilion to look out at the view.The property was central to everywhere we had planned to go whether it was the strip or to go see family. Vlad was an amazing host from answering any questions we had prior to booking, to getting us a rice cooker to use, and even heating the jacuzzi throughout our stay. If we had a choice we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any of else!

Beautiful Home in perfect area

We stayed here for spring break with our kids. The property is perfect for everyone. Pool can be heated, hot tub, fire pit, putting green, corn hole set and basketball court. My kids (13M, 9M and 5F) LOVED it. Always had something to do. Home is spacious for us to spread out and not be in top of each other. Only 10 miles from the strip. Neighborhood was quiet and close to several stores/convenances. Any questions we had the owner replied very quickly. He was great to work with and we would definitely look to stay here when we come back. Have already sent this link to my dad to look into when he comes for a wedding in a few months. So to sum it up-great property, great location, great owner of property.

Would be a great Vegas getaway for 3 couples

Hosts were great, property is nice and newly constructed/remodeled. As 4 single men, the 3 bedrooms didn't work out great - listing mentioned futon/sofa-bed, but it was just a faux-leather couch. If we had been 3 couple though, the bedrooms would have been perfect. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, we especially liked the thatch pagoda that offered some shade to the in-pool underwater barstool area during midday. Basketball court is a great idea, but the balls easily and unexpectedly bounce over the walls into the dessert behind the house or into the neighbors yard. Location was good, not too far from the strip and some small groceries and even a nicer new casino very close (it is right around the corner from the Raiders practice facility).

Wonderful family home

My family and two young daughters stayed with me here and it’s a delightful place to be. We attended a conference at the M resort which is less than a minute drive and it was perfect. My kids played at the house while we went to the M. Definitely 5 stars.
