SUPER Clean Vegas area with HEATed salt pool &*EV*
Enjoy this 3,800 sq ft 5 bedroom/3 bathroom house with a private saltwater (seasonally heated to 85 degrees at NO CHARGE) pool and hot tub (that you can heat to 104) that is only 12 miles from the Vegas Strip. Enjoy the fully furnished patios in the front and back yard. Play each other in a little game of foosball or air-hockey or just relax watching one of the 7 SMART tvs that come pre-logged in to all of your favorite streaming platforms.
The back yard includes ample outdoor furniture, a built in gas BBQ, an outside refrigerator, and a shed with plenty of pool floaties to make for the perfect pool day. The front patio is perfect for drinking coffee and maybe reading a book in the cooler winter, spring & fall months.
The bedrooms each have their own wall mounted televisions, and each room comes with plenty of USB charging ports - on the nightstands, and in the walls to keep all of your devices charging. We use high quality memory foam mattresses, and nice quality sheets & linens throughout the house for your enjoyment.
The bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as basic toiletries like cotton swabs, make up wipe pads, and if you happened to forget your toothbrush or toothpaste, we have you covered there also. The bathrooms also have blow driers and plenty of extra linens for your stay.
The City of Henderson requires that we have outdoor surveillance cameras, so we have 5 exterior cameras. One on the garage facing the driveway, one on the front patio facing the front door of the house, one in the garage and two in the back far corner of the pool area.

We are passionate world travelers, and we believe in providing short term rentals that are "above the rest" in the cities and states that we operate our homes. We stay in a ton of short term rentals, and we're constantly learning what to do (and what NOT to do) from our fellow hosts. We welcome all feedback, and we're always trying to improve the homes that we host families in.
Why they chose this property
We wanted larger groups (multi-generational families, work groups, teams, etc.) to be able to come to the greater Las Vegas area, and be able to STAY TOGETHER. The private back yard and pool areas are an absolute oasis, and we hope you love the house and the outdoor living areas as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
This property is cleaner and nicer than 99% of short term rentals out there. Just read out reviews about the cleanliness. The property has very high end finishes, comfortable beds and linens, comfortable furniture, and the little things that are above & beyond to make you feel at home. If you have an EV, we have a charger in the garage that you can help yourself to at no extra charge.
