What a great place to stay at in Destin!! The property had EVERYTHING you could need inside. The community that this property is located at is very efficient. We loved that their are 3 good sized pools, a pickle ball court, small dog park area and outside grills throughout the property. We felt safe considering the property is gated with a code needed for entry. The location was perfect! Located right on highway 98 surrounded by so many near by awesome attractions literally within walking distance! Beach is very close too!! I'm grateful to have found this property, our family made good memories here:)

This is a great location that was close to the main attractions in Destin as well as the public beach. I liked that the property was private and everyone we ran into there was friendly. There is a great hole in the wall pizza place near the entrance to the complex, the location is near other good restaurants as well. There’s a full sized kitchen if you’d rather prepare meals instead of going out to eat. My only critique is that all of the beds are squeaky. But we were so tired from full days that it didn’t really matter.

Condo was clean, photos were up to date. The bed was very comfortable we had a very nice stay. All three swimming pools on the property were clean and well maintained. We had an issue with a kitchen appliance and the host had a new one on the door step in less than two hours. We were very happy with our stay would definitely stay here again.

Don't judge a book by it's cover! When I first arrived I was concerned with what I saw. The buildings did not look as good as I imagined. The area was clean but the outside of buildings could use some updating. However once inside, I found a beautiful, clean space! The photos of inside were accurate. The space was very inviting and well maintained. I did come across a few things that I alerted the owners about and they addressed them right away. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice but annoying bugs kept us from fully enjoying the area. There is a nice, maintained dog park within the facility, sadly we didn't bring our dog with us to utilize it. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect and convenient

Perfect place! Full kitchen, laundry in unit, beach umbrella came in handy. Centrally located to everything. No more than 15 minute drive to beaches, restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to all we wanted to do! The condo had everything we needed. Our only complaints were the bed and the noisy people upstairs which is out of anyone’s control.

Perfect family friendly condo

This was a fabulous stay. The condo was well stocked. Our 4 children loved the pac man game, board games, and pool. The host Jennifer was fabulous with communication. Checked on us to make sure everything was how it should be and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely be coming back.

Rental experience and property stay

The condo was amazing. Very clean, close to nearly every attraction, with was a plus, my kids didn't want to leave the house and Florida. Beside the little things that weren't under our control, we really enjoyed our stay at the house and would stay again. By the way the owners were awesome, they checked on us and made sure everything went smoothly.

Room was great

Overall property consists of multiple buildings with multiple rooms in each building. Exterior of overall properties needs some attention but the interior of this room was great. Managers were great and extremely helpful.

Its not an iguana!

Very cute condo. Easily accessible and all the amenities to make a family trip simple. Located near great restaurants, shopping, amazing donuts at parlor. Backdoor is close by as well. Really quiet with 3 nice pools very close by. Super easy transaction and had zero issues. For whatever reason the squirrels had a nack for posing flat to the ground with their heads up high and my family really laughed when i swore they were iguanas. Maybe it was dark, maybe it wasnt :)
