The house is situated below the Our Lady's temple the biggest Catholic church in the region, hosting every summer various cultural events, poetry nights, classical music concerts, drama, etc. Our Lady Church in Prčanj was projected by the famous Venetian architect Bernardino Macaruzzi in 1789. The construction of the church started the same year but finished in 1913. The church was built by the donation of many families from Prčanj as well as donations of Austro-Hungarian government. The church was designed in Venetian baroque style and at the time of construction was the biggest one in the South Adriatic region.
The peaceful place Prcanj, which is known as an air resort with exceptional air aeration properties, abounds in Mediterranean vegetation and is an ideal place for family holidays, hiking and sports training. It is located 5 km from the medieval town of Kotor, which is under double UNESCO protection.
