Situated on a private acre in the heart of Homestead Golf Club, this home is located just minutes away from local eateries on Midway Main Street, 50 minutes from SLC airport, 25 minutes from Park City and Deer Valley ski areas and Park City Main Street. Also, just minutes away from the Homestead Crater, 3 golf courses, biking, hiking, ATV trails, and endless outdoor adventures!

The property was beautiful! The location is perfect. You are away from other homes and it feels like you are in the mountains. The home is also really close to town. The home was clean and great place for a bigger group.

Amazing Thanksgiving Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fantastic - well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal - and was immaculate. There was plenty of space for us to gather and enjoy time together. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and our grandchildren loved the playhouse and swings. We would like to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Midway chalet! The home is even better than the photos—spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a mountain retreat. The kitchen was fully stocked, the living areas were cozy and inviting, and the beds were extremely comfortable.The location is fantastic—tucked away in a peaceful mountain setting, but just a short drive to Park City, Heber, and local restaurants. After days of skiing and exploring, the private hot tub was the perfect way to relax and take in the mountain views.Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Everything was clean, organized, and well cared for, which made our stay stress-free.We can’t recommend this place highly enough and would definitely come back again. Perfect for families or groups looking for both adventure and relaxation in a luxury mountain home!

Everything is available at property … they just need to do a view cut for those trees on back to see the mountains. It appears they are marked. Very well equipped house ! Book very informative along with the manager.

Midway 2022

We loved the property...it was beautiful. The home has tons of room...very spacious, saw deer and other animals. We saw a lot of spiders in the basement...had the girls freaked out a bit...and the clulbhouse/playhouse?? wasn't really...it was filled with storage (and spiders)... The 6th bedroom wasn't , but we loved the home still and would recommend to anyone. Colton was very accessible and easy to deal with.

Amazing Property

The Midway property was a great place for our retreat group. Big open gathering spaces with comfy seating on the main floor next to the gas fireplace, which we all enjoyed on those rainy days, big spacious well appointed kitchen, awesome highend appliances, everything you needed to feed/entertain a large group, plenty of seating, fabulous outdoor patio off the kitchen with cafe lights, gas fireplace, waterfall and gas grill. An outdoor dining table would of been the perfect addition to enjoy the wonderful evenings. The property (inside & out) was very clean, well maintained, the beds were comfy with nice linens and snuggly down comforters. Plenty of nice soft towels. The neighborhood was quiet, we saw deer in the yard every morning. We enjoyed our time here and was very comfortable for our group. The property manager Colton was awesome to work with and went out of his way to accommodate us. Highly recommend this property!
