~ 1 bunk room (2 twin beds) with a private bathroom and each bed has its own TV
~ 1 (new) Queen pullout sleeper

~ four TVs
~ full kitchen stocked with cookware (Keurig and a traditional coffee maker).

Our condo G405 is located at the Gulfside of the Destin West Beach & Bay Resort, which is a wonderful family-friendly resort.

*** free seasonal beach service (Mar 1 - Oct 31) *** Just go to the beach and tell the attendant our unit number. They will take care of it.

The resort has two sides: the Gulf side and the Bayside, which are connected by a SkyWay Bridge. You have access (at no additional cost) to
~all 7 pools, lazy river, 4 hot tubs, the beach, gym, and grills in the resort

Condo is beautifully decorated. We have stayed at Destin West several times and just love all the amenities at this property. Beach service being included is a major plus, not all owners offer this amenity. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Li remained in contacted with us before, during, and after our stay. We have never had an owner reach out to us to make sure everything was meeting our expectations in the past. We appreciated this so much and set her apart from the other owners. We would definitely rent from her again.
