Nearby attractions: Laveno 9 km, Caldè 3.5 km.
2-room semi-detached house 50 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. Small kitchen in the entrance (4 hot plates, oven, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.04. Terrace 15 m2, roofed.
