Lakefront Retreat in Quite Cove on Luxurious Lake Toxaway

Welcome to our newly updated home in the Western NC mountains and bask in lakefront living on North Carolina's prestigious Lake Toxaway, the largest private lake in the state.

Sleeping for 8-10, Dogs welcome with pet fee, 2 dog maximum (no cats due to owner allergies). Absolutely no animals on furniture or beds. If signs of animals on furniture or beds you will loose your security deposit.
The spacious main level has a master suite, well-appointed kitchen, living room with large tv, fireplace, and adjoining wrap-around deck with stunning lake views.

Upstairs you will find a private master retreat with sitting area, walk-in closet, and a deck overlooking the property and water.

The lower level has direct lake views and access, perfect for adults and kids to hang out, watch TV, play a little ping-pong, and sleep.

The wraparound decks and gently sloping lot make it easy to enjoy the outdoor living lifestyle.

Fill your days with all of Western North Carolina's outdoor recreational amenities. Set between Cashiers/Highlands and Brevard, our home boasts easy access to sought-after shopping, art, music, fine dining, hiking, whitewater rafting, tubing, ziplining, water sports, and more.

We stayed here 2 years ago and this time it was as good or better than we remembered. The house is equipped with every toy you can think of for all ages. Board games, fishing gear, canoe, kayak, SUPs, ping pong table, you name it. Our family used just about everything. Dry firewood was nice.

Peaceful, perfect get away for all. Some chose to hike, others chose to fish, wakeboard, kayak, paddleboard . This home was well stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. Loved our stay!

Gem in Lake Toxaway

We have stayed in various properties in this area for years, this is a top choice. Property is on a large lot with room for guests to spread out. Three levels in the house offer various points of interest and space for everyone. House is very clean and well stocked. We hope to return again!

Lake Paradise

This home was perfect for a wonderful stay for two young families. The house was clean and very well stocked, and the playroom and downstairs bedrooms were perfect for kids. The property and view were beautiful and we greatly enjoyed all the amenities. We especially enjoyed the firepit area and lake access with canoe and paddle boards, etc and the pool and golf at Lake Toxaway CC. Would highly recommend. We will be back!

We had a wonderful wedding weekend! The house was perfect for our family. One thing to note. The main floor toilet seems to be plumbed to the hot water line not the cold water line….bit of a surprise! Thanks again for a great stay!

This is the best equipped house we ever stayed in. From the numerous games, to the kitchen appliances everything is new. When we needed anything all we had to do was look. The lake front location is ideal and the double lot location affords privacy. The instructions were short but to the point. The entire week was filled with activities. Highly recommend.

Lake Toxaway Home

The house was well equipped. Probably works best for two couples and kids in the basement. The view of the lake and grounds is very beautiful and quite. You can paddle board which is great in the morning or late afternoon. We had a boat for cocktail cruises but you don’t have to. It’s lovely just sitting outside and enjoying the view. There is a fire pit for enjoying in the evening. We enjoyed our week at Lake Toxaway!! We will be back!

Amazing weekend on Lake Toxaway

Rented this house for an impromptu family reunion on the Lake and it exceeded all expectations. The property is amazing - lake front with a doc and a multitude of paddle-craft. Large yard with long lake frontage - fire pit, hammock, plenty of room for the dog to run around in the yard. The house was clean and incredibly well-maintained, looked like no one had ever rented it before! And, finally, A++ to the hosts! Very responsive, quick and clear communication. Overall amazing experience for three generations of my family ages 16 - 89. Cheers!
