Basic house that was clean and comfortable. Bath towels smell of mildew and would prefer that they charge more and provide soap and shampoo etc in bathroom. Easy check in and check out. Quite noisy as right on road.

Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essentials for a wonderful week in Lake Tahoe. We truly enjoyed our stay in this perfect cabin. Only a 5 minute walk to cool water for a dip any time of day. We rafted, biked and fished our week away and fully embraced the last week of summer with our 13 year old. Thanks so much for sharing this special place. I hope to book again next summer!

It sounds like you made the most of the space and all the little comforts we’ve worked to provide. We’d be thrilled to welcome you back anytime. Thanks again for choosing to stay with Tahoe Rental Company 🍂
I loved the location and it was super clean/cute! The only thing I wish I’d known is in some of the reviews they mentioned walk to the beach access. We didn’t notice the beach access across the street until the last day, I think it’d be nice if the property mentioned in the check in binder or something so heads up for anyone wanting to use it!

Hi Kolby - We'll work on updating that beach access as it can be hard to spot!! Thanks for the recommendation, we hope you enjoyed your time in Tahoe!
We stayed at this property for two summers in a row now. We enjoyed it just as much the second time. The spacious outdoor deck is excellent for relaxing under the trees. The five minute walk to the lake is easy peasy. The Safeway and CVS are close by. All the amenities inside the house are well thought out. This is the perfect property for complete relaxation, reading, hiking, and swimming in the lake. Nature is medicine!

Our family of four (two parents + two college kids) had a wonderful time relaxing and reconnecting with nature at this modernized Carnelian Bay property. The house was exactly as advertised. Super easy to find. Very well kept & furnished. Well stocked kitchen with quality cookware. Large windows let in lots of light and gorgeous views of the trees. The patio deck had plenty of furniture for eating and playing cards at a table outside, and Adirondack chairs and recliners for lounging and reading a book under the trees.
The house is a short one block walk to the lake for a soothing swim at sunrise, at sunset, or anytime of day. The neighbors and travelers on the beach were all welcoming and friendly. My husband is a long distance trail runner and found an easy access 8-mile trail run in the hills behind the house.
The property is also conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Ten minutes from the grocery store, pharmacy and other shops in Tahoe City. In the other direction toward Kings Beach, we enjoyed Jiffy's Pizza and renting kayaks at Waterman's Landing.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your vacation and all the amenities of the home and location to the beach and small towns in each direction. We look forward to hosting you again soon. ~Tahoe Rental Company
Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful cabin. Neighbors were EXTREMELY friendly.
We arrived pretty late in the night. It was very dark and we had a hard time seeing the numbers of the cabin. We called the prop manager at 11pm and she gave us perfect directions. We were actually right across the street. Haha.
The cabin was very very clean. Our friends were impressed, including the ones who live 7 houses down. Be careful to lock all windows and doors (including your car) as bears come by. We actually saw a pretty bug bear who walked through the property to the neighbors garbage. He paid us no mind. It was not scary for us, more exciting as we had followed the PM's direction on the fridge. The next day the neighbors greeted us and gave some more tips on bear prevention.
Beautiful street to walk or jog on. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Gorgeous scenery and fresh air. Huge deck to grill on and drink a glass of wine or whisky. We absolutely would rent this cabin again.
I've rented quite a few vacation properties, and this is definitely one of the best! My family will definitely be returning. This was a great location for us, everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the deck space is amazing for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of nature. The kitchen is well-stocked and allowed us to cook the meals we wanted to. We really enjoyed our time here.
Our family had a wonderful week in this beautiful cozy cabin. Super clean, comfortable beds, with modern amenities and an updated interior with a nice size outdoor deck. Walking distance to Lake Tahoe.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Kindred Cabin. The home is very inviting. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Definitely recommend. It's clean and comfortable with all the amenities.
Loved the home!!!! Location was a good choice for venturing to either Incline, Tahoe City, Truckee.
Very nice newer property. Very clean.
Loved the patio space to enjoy and relax.
Very happy with our choice.
No hassle renting, checking in or checking out makes it that much nicer.
The cabin is newly remodeled and has very comfortable sofas and beds. The deck is large with tall trees for a bit of privacy and plenty of shade. It’s a 5 minute walk down the hill to the lake and a beach that hasn’t been crowded since I started going to it in 1968. Three of us stayed here very comfortably, with lots of room. Two of us skied a lot in our younger days and we noted that this would be an excellent winter escape.
This is a beautiful cozy cabin with everything you need.
The deck is lovely and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The location is perfect.
My friends and I had a wonderful, relaxing visit.
