Perched on a high bluff overlooking the crystal blue waters of Lake Tahoe, the Rocky Ridge condo complex is a rare gem. This gated community is surrounded by pristine pine forest which offers incredible hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing opportunities right outside the front door. The superb, seasonally-available HOA amenities include a nearby private beach and pier with a clubhouse, BBQ area, sandy volleyball court, and ping pong. At the condo complex, two swimming pools, two hot tubs, a sauna, tennis, bocce, basketball, and pickle ball courts, and a kids' play structure ensure fun activities for everyone. One of the swimming pools provides an unparalleled lakeview.
The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lakeview unit that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enter on the lower level where you'll find a Queen bedroom and a lakeview bunkroom with 2 sets of Double-on-bottom, Twin-on-top bunkbeds. The bunkroom features a TV, a foosball table, and a patio area with lakeview. Guest bathroom in the hallway has a sink, toilet, and combination tub / shower, plus a separate sink and large vanity area so two or more people can use the bathroom at the same time. Laundry facilities are in the vanity area too.
Upstairs holds the lakeview living room, dining area, kitchen with separate coffee nook, and a King primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Deck off of living room provides a serene space to enjoy the lake view and features a propane fire table and a gas grill (available in summer).
Located just a mile east of Tahoe City, Rocky Ridge #4 offers easy access to town and all that North Lake Tahoe has to offer.

- Firewood is not supplied during the summer months (Memorial Day through October)
- Shampoo/conditioner/bodywash are not included
- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Leave any fireplace ashes IN the fireplace (if applicable)
• Do not make any beds
• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
