Great Location in South Beach

The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. The unit is spacious and has a nice open floor plan. Great area right at the Miami Beach Marina.

Incredible apartment

Beautiful condo on the top floor. The views are spectacular. Everything is walking distance and lots of choices. The owner and manger are polite and easy to communicate with. Will stay here again soon!

Condo staff, front desk and neighbors in bldg very friendly. Fabulous views, great AC with easy controls. A few small items......some burnt out lightbulbs (all should be upgraded to LED, back bedrm TV needs an extension cord to reach the wall outlet, Nicer flatware would be appreciated. Pots, pans, plates, glasses all fine. We'd stay again. Many thanks

Spacious penthouse amazing views!

The penthouse had amazing views of Southbeach and Miami. Towels, sheets and everything needed for the kitchen and bath. Easy check in and out. Walking distance to everything! Food beach and marina right there! Best restaurants and staff was courteous kind and helpful. Definitely would love to stay again. Local markets to get groceries were around the corners. Played tennis on the rooftop courts and hung out by the rooftop pool. Great security staff to feel safe also.

Great location. Great apartment.

Great views. Spacious. Well-managed rental and we’ll-managed building. Any problems are quickly taken care of. A foodie paradise of world noted restaurants in five minutes walking distance. A walkway around the tip of the bay gives you a vivid daily sense of place not to mention block after block of historic Art Deco buildings. Citibike outside your door.
