This vacation home in Thale in the beautiful Bode Valley is both modern and comfortably furnished. Here you can feel good all around! On colder days you will enjoy the fireplace and your private sauna, because here you can enjoy coziness and relaxation.



You will not lack for leisure activities here. Closely surrounded this house is a children's playground, sports field, dog park, as well as many other possibilities.



The unique panoramic view of the mountainous landscape around the cottage village can be admired not only from the living area, but also from the terrace or balcony.



A climbing park and the chairlift up to the Rosstrappe are also within walking distance. Outdoor mini golf, a bobsled roller coaster, downhill trails for beginners and professionals round out Thale's extensive recreational offerings. In the vacation home village itself you will also find plenty of amenities (for a fee): a restaurant, an indoor leisure world with foosball, darts and sports bar, a bowling alley and adventure mini golf are guaranteed not to let you get bored.



Nature starts right outside the cottage door and invites you to go for walks and mountain bike tours.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be ordered before arrival directly in the service office for a fee. In the annexe of the reception are common washing machines and dryers for a fee.

You can reach this vacation home via a ramp at the entrance.



In Thale, the Rosstrappen downhill event takes place annually (around the end of September). At this time there may be an increased number of visitors and festivities.

Wir haben ein traumhaftes Freunde-Wochenende in einem der großen Häuser verbracht. Von Anfang an haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Haus war wirklich wunderschön und bietet allen Komfort den man benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass selbst für 8 Erwachsene ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden ist. Alles wirkt sehr gemütlich .Insgesamt haben wir zum Haus nur einen Kritikpunkt. In den kleinen Schlafzimmern fehlen Haken. Es gibt nicht einen. Auch in der Küche wären ein paar Hacken für Geschirrtücher und im Bad für ein Händehandtuch angebracht. Ansonsten war alles top. Mega Spaß hat auch das Schwarzlicht-Minigolf gemacht. Sollte man unbedingt mal machen. Diese Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Die Lage vom Feriendorf war traumhaft mit Blick auf die Berge.Direkt neben dem Haus hört man das Rauschen der Bode.Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.Wir waren mit 5 Kindern und unseren Hund da Mit Fußballplatz, Spielplatz und sogar Hundeplatz hätte man auch die Zeit dort verbringen können.Dazu noch diverse Freizeitangebote wie bspw.Bowling, Minigolf Billard usw.Die Nebenkosten müssen extra bezahlt werden, aber das wurde ja auch explizit ausgewiesen, so dass wir uns auch darauf eingestellt haben. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Feriendorf wärmstens empfehlen 👍.

Wir haben ein gemütliches Mädels-Wochenende in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war für 8 Personen ausreichend groß. Wir haben gern die Sauna benutzt, wo ca. 3 Personen gut sitzen könnten. Es war sehr gemütlich mit dem Holzofen (Holz gab es für 10 Euro extra bei der Rezeption zu kaufen). Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte. Schade nur, dass man die Kaffeefilter extra kaufen musste. Preis--Leistung hat für uns gestimmt. Für das Wochenende ist die Nebenkosten-Abrechnung trotz Sauna-Benutzung moderat ausgefallen.

Das Haus ist ziemlich teuer, zusätzlich können viele Zusatzleistungen gebucht welche ebenso überteuert sind. Nebenkosten wie Gas, Strom und Wasser sind aufgrund der tlw. 7 mal so hohen Einheitspreise im Vergleich zu ortsüblichen Preisen viel zu hoch (Vergleich Ver*f*x). Die Umgebung ist im Herbst wunderschön und nicht überlaufen. Das Freizeitangebot ist gut. Am Service gibt es nicht auszusetzen, sehr freundlich und umsorgend.
