Modern holiday home in a central location in Wernigerode with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The ground floor features the entryway, a bedroom, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living area with a modern open-concept kitchen.

Living Room
Large living area with a fireplace, sofa set, and access to the garden. The large table with a natural-edge top seats up to 10 people. The living room also features underfloor heating.

Kitchen
The largest kitchen in our holiday rentals offers plenty of storage space. We also provide our guests with a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, fully automatic coffee machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen accessories for your stay. This way, you can round off your day in Wernigerode with a wonderful evening.

Bedrooms
With a total of 5 bedrooms and 10 beds, we can accommodate even larger groups in the house. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
• Ground floor with a double bed
• Upper floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds
• Upper floor: 1 bunk bed with access to the “master bedroom”
The double beds are all high-quality box-spring beds—so you can recharge your batteries here after a long day. The 4 large bedrooms are all equipped with TVs. Additionally, the bedrooms offer ample storage space with a closet and/or chest of drawers.

Play area in the attic
In the converted attic, we’ve created a small area for game nights together. Currently, we have a foosball table, a small Carrera racetrack, various board games, toys for the little ones, and, of course, plenty of Barbie toys in the house.

Garden: A Green Oasis in the City
At Minslebener Str. 3a, you’ll find a small green oasis despite the central location in the city. Several fruit trees are especially popular with the children. To my surprise, we even found grapes

Parking
In 2022, we expanded the parking area once again. This means there are currently 1–2 parking spaces available on the property for the holiday home. Should spaces become “limited,” there are also public parking spaces in front of the house available for free use.


Bedding, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.
Prices do not include the visitor’s tax.
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
