Shipping Container Cabin Couples Paradise!

Coming to Wilmington and want to stay and relax out of the hustle and bustle of the city, Welcome to Red Dog Farms. located just a 12 minute drive outside of the city limits. You will be staying in a finished modern container cabin with an expansive deck and outdoor living space that sits on 17 acres of a natural landscaped farm.

We train and breed AKC Champion Hungarian Vizslas here (bird dogs)on the farm. There are 2 ponds and a several wildflower fields used to attract honey bees on the property and you are free to wander and enjoy the grounds. There is a grill available for your use if you'd like. When the sun sets throw some logs on the fire pit and sit back and enjoy life under the stars while you relax and listen to the sounds of peaceful tranquility. You'll be glad you came and we will be even happier to host your stay.

We have limited space parking for ONLY 1 vehicle allowed per cabin.

Entire cabin and surroundings free to wander and enjoy

Extremely possible to have a wildlife encounter so please be aware of your surroundings at all times! We ask that you declare your firearms before arrival.

~Please remember this is a cabin in the woods internet will be spotty at times
especially during adverse weather.

~NO outside guests not listed on the initial reservation are permitted on the property at any time.

~ALL food deliveries and rideshare should be met at the beginning of the dirt road. They are not permitted on the property at any time.
~Property access is limited to guests on reservation ONLY. (No drop-by visitors are permitted.)
~Guest count must be accurate at the time of booking.
~The guest booking MUST be 23 yrs or older and stay on the premises. NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS!
~Additional fees of $50 per guest per day will be charged if the guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival, or you will be asked to leave with NO refund given for any infraction.
~QUIET times are observed between 9:30 pm and 8:30 am
~Please let us know if extra linens will be needed for the pull-out sofa 24 hrs prior to arrival.
~ This is a NON-smoking unit. If sensors are triggered, there will be a $250 remediation charge, no questions asked.
~ ID is required for all guests on the reservation and must be sent one day before arrival.
~ Comes with parking for one vehicle only no trailers / large box vehicles permitted.
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service or other, please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. Violation of the NO PETS rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund.
~ Cameras monitor the property. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home ONLY. Disabling these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without a refund. **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RENTED GUESTS SPACES~
