Come relax in your own three wing home, resort style right here on the beautiful Lake Murray. Perfect for a small venue, birthday parties, wedding, work related, gatherings, family reunion, etc.
You will experience gorgeous sunsets, calm coves, your own swimming pool, grill for BBQ'ing, massive exrta large deck for games, socializing with friends and family, and watching the amazing sunsets.
There is a pool table for those who like a little indoor activity, also a jacuzzi tub and an open floor plan(awesome for large groups).
15 minutes to Columbia, Chapin, 30 minutes to Newberry, 45 minutes to Augusta where you can enjoy watching the Master’s, eats, the opera house, shopping, restaurants, and the marinas are basically in your back yard (you can go by boat or car..)
The spacious, open floor plan has 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful landscaping and out door lighting.
Charleston, Greenville and the mountains are just a day trip away.

The Lake house has everything you need for the perfect vacation for your family!

I grew up right here in Irmo and remember watching this house come to life back in 1984. I loved it from the very beginning. Over the years, I’ve poured my heart into restoring it and bringing out its beauty again. Sharing our home with others is truly a joy. It’s a wonderful place for families, celebrations, and small, meaningful events, perfect place for a small venue!

Basically, a perfect location.
Enjoy a family reunion, wedding, birthday, work get-togethers etc.
That’s what we’re here for!
The price includes up to 12 overnight Guest and up to 13 outside Guest to use the facility.
Unfortunately per Richland County law, the 13 outside Guest must vacate by midnight.
The good news, they can return in the morning.
