It was absolutely worth every penny! My family was truly blown away by what we received for the price. Everyone we met was incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns. We can't wait to come back soon for an even longer stay!

The staff were amazing! The pools were amazing. The location was amazing. The only thing that I didn't like was hair was in the shower. The washer and dryer suck. The keys are a little funky too. Also, bring your own trash bags, dish liquid, and basic essentials to stay in the apartment.

Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect and a calm relaxing area. Ravi was very responsive to all our questions and checked on us to ensure things were okay. I’ll stay here again if I’m ever in Orlando!

Overall it’s was ok, I felt a little mislead about the location as you are above restaurants and cigarette store and not in the actual resort with the rest of the main hub for the resort. The dryer did not work took 3 hours for small load to dry. The fire alarm in the main entry way to building constantly beeping.

There is a small resort grocery store with tiny pizza hut inside maybe you are referring to that? This is located on the ground level of our building which is building 1. Our unit overlooks the smaller more quiet pool. The building above the pirate ship is much much louder. The resort is very small so I am surprised by your comment. God bless

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa! The room was exceptionally large, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of space to relax and feel right at home.The resort itself is beautiful and very convenient. Our room was easily accessible to all areas of the property, and getting around was simple and convenient. The location is also excellent, especially for visiting the Orlando attractions while still providing a comfortable place to come back to after a busy day. Disney Springs was 4 miles away. If you are going to go to the Disney Parks, Lake Buena Vista is the area to stay.The property has a great atmosphere, with beautiful grounds and plenty of amenities to enjoy. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The Balcony overlook the Adult Heated pool. We were especially impressed with the amount of space in the room—it was much larger than a typical hotel room and made our stay much more comfortable.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa again. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable resort in the Orlando area!

Room was clean and nicely laid out. The Resort itself had some room key issues but they took care of us quickly. The Resort has 2 pools . The main one with the pirate ship was cool and fun for the kiddos, the other one us just a regular pool and also not as busy. There is shopping and dining very close by. The host was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The beds were super comfy.

The apartment was very nice. It had space for each of us plus a table to eat at. We appreciated the kitchen for our meals. It was about 15-25 minute drives to Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. The Publix, a grocery store, is only minutes away to pick up groceries.

There were good and bad things about staying here. First, the check in was absurd. We waited in line for 40 minutes to get a key card and checked in. That set the tone which was frustrating. When we got to the room, I was very surprised and disappointed to see the condition of the room furniture and carpeting. It was old and stained and all of wooden furniture looked like it was from goodwill. It was stained and the paint was peeling off. It made the entire place look cheap. The amenities in the room though were good. The parking was also out of control. We couldn’t find a single parking space anywhere near our building for the entire trip. The staff was pleasant though and the pools were nice.
