We offer a modern and chic furnished apartment with accommodation for 3 people, near the center of the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of the hosts. Modern furnished 2-room apartment with bedroom, living room with open kitchen, bathroom and cozy covered sun terrace. A parking space and a Fahrradunterstellmöglichkeit are available.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of the host. It is equipped with a hall, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with double bed (1.80 meters wide) and sofa bed, a living room with integrated kitchen and a dining area. Of course, a TV is available both in the WZ, as well as in the SZ, as well as free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction stove and a fridge, a cozy covered terrace invites you to linger and relax. Towels and linen are included. A free parking space for the car is located at the house or more in the immediate vicinity.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem. Ruhige Lage, genau das Richtige zum Erholen. Tolle Terrasse, man kann sie auch bei Regen nutzen da sie überdacht ist. Wir konnten fußläufig alles erreichen aber auch mit dem Auto kein Problem, es gibt überall genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, geben gerne Hinweise und Tips für die Umgebung. Es war ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Wir konnten das Auto stehen lassen und die vier Tage nur mit dem Rad unterwegs sein. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich!Alles ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt ein tolles Bad und die Terrasse richtig schön! Etwas abseits aber hübsch und ruhig

Alles war sehr hübsch, überlegt gestaltet und dekoriert. Anbei war eine überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Mit den Fahrrädern waren wir schnell (12 Minuten) am Bahnhof. Das ergab mit dem 49 Euro-Ticket unheimlich viel Möglichkeiten- Richtung Rügen- Binz, Sassnitz, Bergen, Putbus, Göhren usw. oder gen Rostock- Ribnitz- Damgarten und dann mit den Fahrrädern weiter gen Dierhagen und Darß. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben und kommen gern wieder. Stralsund ist natürlich auch toll. Und die Vermieter sind top!

Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und liegt im Garten des Vermieters in einem ruhigen Bezirk ausserhalb der Innenstadt. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 10-15 Minuten zum Hafen. Trotz der Nähe zum Vermieter ist man für sich. Die Beschreibung entspricht in allem den Tatsachen und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder!
