You'll watch the dogs and kids play in the large fenced yard while throwing a frisbee (provided).

You’ll have a blast in the garage game room! Battle it out on the air hockey table, foosball, darts or boxing bag.

At night, the kids will hang out in the garage game room, in the living room playing board games or on the Super Nintendo. You’ll be cozy in one of the 3 king beds watching your favorite tv shows.

Restaurants are only a few minutes away but the street is peaceful and quiet and only 4 houses from the river.

DOGS
•Dogs welcome with a non refundable pet fee and a two dog max. This covers the extra cleaning that is always required after a dog checks out.

We try to walk as much of it as we can regularly but if your dog is the type of dog that will go through thick brush and find an open hole this might not be the best property choice for you.

Welcome to the Flemingo! The home sits on 1/2 an acre, the back yard is large, fenced with lots of trees. We are only a few minutes drive to all the shops and restaurants in Fleming Island while still feeling peaceful, private and only three houses away from the beautiful St. John's River... the breezes are better over here.

The home is recently renovated and decorated for comfort and convenience while feeling relaxed and stylish. The home sleeps 8 with a king bed in each of the 3 bedrooms and a futon that is almost the size of a queen bed in the bonus room off the living room (no door). All bedrooms have wireless charging stations with USB outlets, a full length mirror and a smart tv. All TVs in bedrooms and living room have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime apps (with your sign in). There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a tub/shower combo. The home is fully stocked with bed and bath linens, hair dryer, kitchen with cookware, dishes, slow cooker, blender, toaster, air fryer, mixer, Keurig coffee maker, French press, electric water heater for tea, creamer, sugars, and tea.

Guests can access through the front door with a keypad. You will receive your own personalized code for entry. The front lights and back patio lights are on a motion sensor and will be well lit. Linen closets in hallway are locked for housekeeping.

We want you to have everything you need during your stay so rest assured the host will be available for any questions. Upon check-in the host's phone number is also provided for emergencies.

The house is located just three houses from the beautiful St. Johns River and often you can feel the soft river breezes. You are only a few minutes drive to all of Fleming Island's restaurants and shops however, you will find peace, quiet and privacy when you return to your home away from home…The Flemingo.

All areas of Fleming Island have adequate parking. Virtually everything Fleming Island has to offer is accessible by car. There are some great trails in Fleming Island for walking or biking.

We love this street, we love the river breeze and the peacefulness this house has so please remember this is a residential area and follow the house rules.
