This house is spacious and beautiful. Everything was well stocked and very clean. There was plenty of room for our group of friends/family. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Having a bathroom out there was very helpful. Parking was plentiful as we brought 3 boats with us. The location was close to everything and a short drive to the boat ramp. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this home.

Great property for large groups!

We had an excellent stay and had plenty of room for our family to get together for a wedding in the Green Cove Springs area. Excellent communication with the host through the app. Beautiful older home but it was clean and very spacious!

Lovely visit

Our son’s wedding was at The Clay Theatre in Green Cove Springs, and this house was very close by the venue. GMy husband and I and 4 extended family members stayed and were very comfortable. The house is lovely with updated kitchen and bathrooms and every comfort provided. It’s a love property and the owner was very responsive.

Great Home for whole family

We brought 9 people down to stay at the White House and it accommodated our family perfectly. It had so many options for entertainment areas and would be a great location for a bridal party or family reunion The location is beautiful and close to everything. The host was very responsive. We will definitely be staying here next summer when we come back to see family.

Easter Wedding

Combined my children with their families and a friend with kids to babysit while we attended the wedding Saturday. Had an Easter Egg hunt in the property, several times. Spacious home with 3.5 baths and enough room with even an extra bedroom. Great yard and outdoor bar area. Resident Eleanor, the outdoor cat, was a big hit with the kids as well. Owner was very communicative when needed and checked in on us within first 24 hours to see if we were needing anything. Great kitchen as well!

Wedding prep

We were in Green Cove for a wedding and stayed at the White House to get dressed, etc for the wedding. It is a lovely location with a lot of outdoor entertaining space, and you can see the river from the driveway.Very clean and well maintained. Has all the beauty and charm of an older home, but with updated features and amenities. Lots of room for a large family or group.The owner was very accessible and replied promptly to any questions I had.Definitely a 10/10 VRBO experience!

Spacious and clean

This charming old house was clean and suitable for our party of 7 that included 3 children ages 4 and under. We had plenty of sleeping options and the kids had space to run around and play. We were about 45 minutes from the beach and activities in Jacksonville. Having a kitchen was nice and we made a few meals. I'd stay here again.

Friendly, Helpful Hosts A Cat

The host was very helpful and responsive! They were great. The house was not as clean as is the typical standard but was not truly dirty by any means! There is a cat that lives on the property and that was a surprise element but otherwise this house was a good fit for our large family!

Great, eclectic house on beautiful property

Quirky, eclectic house, with lots of living space. The outdoor space here is amazing. It'd be nice if the bathroom situation was a little better. There are lots of outdoor cameras, if that bothers you. Overall, great house, and very responsive owner. We'd stay here again for sure.

Niece’s Babyshower visit

Stayed 2 nights. Beautiful home. Although it’s listed to fit 12 people (we were 11) they should consider having twin beds in some of the rooms. We had a 19 and 20 years old boys that did not wanted to share a bed. Also a 17 year old girl whom didn’t want to share a bed with her parents. Knowing this I brought air mattress. Unfortunately there weren’t any extra sheets or blankets. So it was hard to accommodate everyone. Did not communicate with property manager because we arrived at 2 a.m and we were out the following day got back to the house about the same time as the prior night. There was no soap in showers as listed and no extra paper toilet in a couple of the bathrooms. Also the water kept running through in the master bedroom toilet. There are signs in every room with instructions from not to change the a/c temperature to putting all dishes were they belong after washing to striping the bed sheets and piling used towels on the floor before leaving. Other than that the house is accommodating, very spacious and well kept. We’ll definitely stay there again when coming in the future.

Absolutely amazing property! We loved staying here. We live in st Aug and got married in Callahan so it was perfect for some of the bridal party to come back to hang out and stay! The rooms are spacious and well kept. It has a vintage feel to it but still nice. Owner was very nice and even offered us to come check the property out before our stay just to look around. (I thought that was a very nice touch) Would definitely recommend for a big family to come and stay!

The Best of Green Cove Springs

Our family was there to attend a wedding at the Manor at 12 Oaks. This property was perfect for us and very close to the wedding venue. Very spacious and well appointed dealing with the property owner was a breeze. plenty of parking and space to spread out and relax.
