Everything we needed for a great vacation!

The house was lovely, clean, up-to-date, and everything we needed for our family. We were able to bring our small dogs, including our geriatric pet, and take care of them while also enjoying our vacation. The backyard is fenced in and was a great place to relax, and the beds were so comfortable! The house is in a prime location. We were able to walk right to the beach and the Pleasure Pier and avoid parking hassles. The neighborhood was nice, and there is a little corner store within walking distance for quick supplies. We corresponded with the owner twice before we arrived and received prompt replies. Arrival and entry were well prepared by the owner and effortless for us. Next time we return, we would definitely like to stay again, thank you!

Cute little house and as a whole was nice. However when we stayed, there was a major problem with ants. The grass in the back yard as well as the furnature. Property was clean with one exception. We found chips between the comforter and sheets. The AC struggled to keep the place bellow 80deg. Yes it was 97deg outside. I messaged the property owners and they did respond and offer to send maintenance out to spray the ants. All in all it’s a nice place and I can’t blame the ants on the owners. I would most likely stay here again. My review is honest and fair. I would stay again but with just a little more effort I would have given it a stellar review!

Beach Sounds and Beauty

Absolutely beautiful home. I loved that i can hear waves crashing onto the beach. Nice little corner store a 2min walk away. Backyard has super soft artificial grass, though you're hard pressed to notice it's artificial. Great little side yard for my little doggos with real grass. Beds were comfortable and loved the dining room wall, got a selfie with my sister, that adds to the beachy vibe. Person who chose the tile in kitchen and bathe, where did you find it as i would love that in my home. Only things that might be a "con", and it's hard to call it a con, is that there needs to be rugs on the tile to minimize shipping when water drops onto the tile. Backyard floodlight was a bit too sensitive and the a/c isn't quite big enough for the whole house, although back of house stays very cool. House cleaner didn't quite get a few minor things clean. In listing it states a keurig type coffee maker, i would add in listing that it only uses ground coffee or list as just coffee maker. Overall this is the nicest VRBO stay i have experienced since 2010. For price of the stay, location, and the absolute beauty of the home I am surprised it wasn't a $300-$400 a night home. Kudos to owners for allowing such a beautiful home at a very reasonable rate. Will definitely be staying again!!! Teri

Cozy place

We had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and clean. It was also near the beach which we enjoyed. The owner was very responsive and I never had trouble contacting them.
