This is one of the best locations to be in downtown Dubuque. Few blocks access to Highway 61, Highway151 and Highway 20. Right on the farmers market (May through October). Five Flag Center, Art museum, Millwork district, Restaurants, Breweries and Coffee house all with in walking distance. You’ll have: - premium pillows - Memory foam queen mattress. - Smart TV. High speed Internet - Keurig Coffee maker - Regular & decaf coffee and tea - One off street parking You’ll absolutely love it here.
The space
This newly remodeled apartment is located on second floor. The Turkish chandelier on stairs and hallway are my favorite.

Beautiful place!

It was so beautiful inside and close to local coffee shops and restaurants and on Saturday’s the farmers market is right outside your door. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay here, loved being steps away from the farmers market and close to a few restaurants-- parking was a plus! Ken returned our call quickly when we had questions. The bathroom needed a little extra scrubbing on the walls/baseboards, but overall the space was very clean and well cared for.

We enjoyed the neatly organized and labeled space. It was great for a night or two stay. As others have mentioned, the bed is very hard and unfortunately we didn’t get a good night sleep. The space itself was very inviting and comfortable.

The apartment was clean and in a great location. The market on Saturday was amazing and you are just steps away from a quaint little resturant called Birdies Bistro that we had a wonderful breakfast at one morning. We had a small issue getting into the place but Ken was very responsive and the issue was quickly resolved.the place upon arrival

Hello, my name is Ken. I was born in China and moved to the United States in 1997 with very little English but a strong desire to build a better life. I first worked in restaurants in Chicago before moving to Dubuque in 2000, where I worked at Hy-Vee as a cook and later became the Chinese department manager.
In 2003 I began investing in real estate, and in 2008 I left my job to focus on real estate full time. In 2018 I followed my passion for cooking and opened Oolong Asian Cuisine here in Dubuque.
Over the years I have had the pleasure of hosting thousands of guests from around the world and have received over 4,000 guest reviews across my properties. My goal is simple: provide clean, comfortable homes and make every stay easy and enjoyable.
