Shopping Plaza is located next to Highlands Reserve and has a number of outlets including a Publix Supermarket, Banks and a Pharmacy, restaurants, dollar tree and much more!
Spacious home with a beautiful panoramic view private pool and fully equipped kitchen.
The space
The Lounge has plenty of comfortable seating with a large television and views to the outside pool area, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the parks and catch up with a ball game or a family film.
The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs whether you opt for a banquet for the whole family or a more simple lunch/ meal at the breakfast bar.
The Dining Area is very quaint also enjoys views out to the pool deck.
The Bedrooms are well appointed and will offer you the perfect retreat at the end of the day and with three bathrooms there are ample facilities for all your party. The Bedroom line up is as follows:
A Master Suite beautifully decorated with King Bed, television and en-suite facilities of twin basins plus large shower and ceiling fan.
A Queen Suite is also classically decorated with en-suite facilities of bath with shower and ceiling fan.
A Queen Bedroom is also decorated in fresh colours and includes a TV, ceiling fan and is served by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Outside of the home is truly lovely with a large SOUTH/EAST facing pool that has beautiful panoramic views, just perfect for the days spent at home relaxing and enjoying a new book.
