Welcome to Osprey’s Rest, a bright and welcoming beach retreat located in the quiet Isle of Palms neighborhood of Jacksonville Beach. Perfect for families, quick weekend escapes, medical stays, or longer visits, this comfortable single level 4-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the space, amenities, privacy and location guests appreciate most. Professionally managed by Welcome Home Rentals, a local premier host with staff available 24/7.

The Home:
Step inside to a light and open living space designed for relaxing after a day at the beach or by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for home-cooked meals, along with bar seating and a spacious open dining room for easy family gatherings. Guests also enjoy in-home laundry, Smart TVs, a two car garage, and all essential comforts for short or extended stays.

Sleeping & Bath Layout:
• Spacious primary suite with private bath and power lift recliner
• Three additional guest bedrooms
• Centrally located full guest bathroom, easily accessible from all secondary bedrooms

Outdoor Living:
Enjoy your private backyard retreat featuring a heated swimming pool, outdoor seating, outdoor TV, hammock and a grill for relaxed evenings at home. A pool safety fence is available upon request.

Beach Gear Included:
Chairs, cart, cooler, beach towels, and essentials are provided so guests can easily enjoy time at the beach.

Dog Friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs, no aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

Hi I am 100% satisfied with my stay at your lovely home ! It was perfect ! So close to Mayo Clinic for my appts and very clean and spacious! I was able to actually rest and relax after days with procedures at Mayo ! The pool was awesome and was so much help to me physically! It was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. An oasis for the family and our fur babies. Comfortable beds/pillows and lots of room to spread out with teens needing space. Well stocked beach equipment and towels for pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Teens enjoys corn hole and the pool. Very clean! Great recommendations from hosts for restaurants. Would stay here again. Felt well taken care of during our stay.

Family get together

We rented this house with our 94 yo father to visit with the grandkids and great grandkids over the holidays. The location was good for the families scattered around Jacksonville and St Augustine. The inside space was great and backyard with heated pool fabulous. All had a great time. We look forward to returning next year.

What an amazing trip for all!

This was supposed to be my honeymoon, however, we postpone the wedding, so I decided to take my girls and my grandbabies to the beach for a vacation. The accommodations were perfect, the pool and surrounding atmosphere was amazing, and it had all the necessities of home that one could ask for. If we are to stay again in Jacksonville, this is where I want to stay.

Our visit to Jax Beach for the first time exceeded expectations, this property was tidy, inviting and chill. The kids loved the pool, we could grill together or hit the beach. Well stocked house kitchen included, finally. Great memories.

Thoughtful Hosts

Sure, we rented the place for the pool - but the pool towels, outdoor TV, beach equipment for daytrips, usable garage, washer/dryer, and strong water pressure in the showers prove that this host is a superstar! It felt like staying at a friend's home, and we had a great time there.

Location was perfect close to everything ! Beach was a straight shot down the road. Coming home to a heated pool was also a plus. Place is very spacious, Mike was very flexible and accommodating. Overall 10/10 will recommend to anyone and if possible for next trip will definitely try and book here again !
