Spread across two floors, the spacious interior is perfect for socializing and quiet time alike. All five bedrooms come complete with an en-suite bath, creating privacy and comfort for the whole group. The primary suite provides lake views and direct pool-area access as well as a spa-like wet room with rainfall shower and soaking tub.

Cozy up for movie nights in the stunning great room, highlighted by an electric fireplace, huge TV, and lake-view wall of windows. Hours of fun await in the game room, featuring ping-pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, board games, TV, and a wet bar with a full-size fridge.

Home chefs will love the sparkling full kitchen, with expansive stone counter space and top-notch appliances - including a 48” gas range. Or head out back to the outdoor kitchen, perfect for leisurely lakefront cookouts. For a wholly uninterrupted entertainment space, 16 foot accordion doors can be opened to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living areas. An 8 foot accordion window connects indoor and out bar areas, creates a perfect spot for breakfast overlooking the pool and lake, and allows lake breezes to flow effortlessly throughout the interior. Or pull up some bar stools for a bite and a beverage along the 25 foot patio bar looking out to 200 linear feet of beautiful waterfront.

Family-friendly extras include Pack 'n Plays, baby gates, self-closing gates to the pool, and life vests.

The area is home to a variety of great dining, restaurants, and attractions. From outdoor recreation, to amusement parks and water sports, Texas Hill Country has it all! Enjoy easy access to the majority of it from this gorgeous retreat. Take a quick drive to nearby New Braunfels to float the Comal River or catch a throwback flick at the Stars & Stripes Drive-In. Burnt Bean Company, just down the street from the home, is a must-stop for Texas BBQ and was voted best BBQ in the state! Sample the local libations at Seguin Brewing Company or spend the day touring area wineries.

- The water level in Lake Placid is currently lower, as shown in listing photos, while the dam is being repaired. There is no power boating allowed, but kayaking, fishing and swimming is possible. It should return to normal levels in late 2025 and we will open our dock and jet ski docks up to guests at that time!
