Our apartment is located in the Zobelstraße, one of the most beautiful streets in Augsburg, in the middle of the riveted with numerous streams textile quarter, surrounded by outstanding textile industry monuments,
in the green center of Augsburg.
You live away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but can be reached in 15 minutes along the Kastaniengesäumten city brook on the historic Vogeltor through the medieval Old Town on foot in the bustling center of Augsburg.
Just as fast (15 min.) You are in the city center by public transport.

Car: very fast and easily connected to all important main traffic:
200 m to the Amagasaki avenue = feeder motorway A8, B300, B2, fair etc.
Public transport: 5 minutes on foot to the stop "Jakober Tor", weekdays every 5 minutes, from there
to the town hall square (center) - 5 min driving time
to Königsplatz = central transfer point in all tram and bus lines - 8 min driving time
to the main station - 10 minutes driving time

Recently, the most important theater, the Staatstheater Augsburg, moved to the textile quarter on the grounds of the former leading textile company Martini. Enjoy outstanding performances in the wonderfully renovated textile industry monument Martinipark with its impressive ambience. only 5 minutes walk away.

Rundum top!
Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben ein paar tolle Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung in Augsburg verbringen können. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, hell, freundlich und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist klasse; ein paar Minuten laufen, und man ist direkt in der Altstadt. ÖPNV ist auch nicht weit, und zur Autobahn kommt man ebenso recht schnell. Für eine so zentrale Wohnung ist umso überraschender, wie ruhig es dort ist. Also rundum top! PS - ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist Frau Sonia Hartmann, die Vermieterin. Von Anfang an ein super Kontakt, und bei kleinen Fragen sofort zur Stelle. Top Kommunikation!

Sehr charmante Wohnung mit allem was man so benötigt. Sehr gute Lage - schnell überall in der City, aber auch gute Möglichkeit, schnell auf die Autobahn zu kommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Vermieterin, F. Hartmann, die sich freundlich und kompetent um alles kümmert (wenn mal was sein sollte). Location insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen
