Die Zufahrt zum Gelände erfolgt ...

Die Zufahrt zum Gelände erfolgt durch einen Zahlencode, überdachter PKW Stellplatz vorhanden. Im zweiten und dritten Obergeschoss ist je ein Balkon mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten nutzbar. Alle Fenster sind mit Rollläden ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage im Obergeschoss sorgt für ausreichend Kühlung. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen im Umkreis von 400 m.
