This 4200 sq. ft. 7 br 3.5 ba house is perfect for large families who want comfy accommodations for their trip to Houston.
Conveniently located close to Katy Mills Mall, Typhoon Texas Water Park, and Andretti Indoor Karting, the kids will have plenty to do while the parents make the short, 25 minute trip to Downtown.
Each bedroom has a SmartTv. Just login to Netflix or Hulu and watch your favorite shows.
The upstairs living room has a Roku-enabled projector for movie night. 601 Mbps wifi.
The Space:
The house is brand new on the inside from top to bottom. All kitchen appliances are less than 1 year old. There are 7 bedrooms with 10 beds plus a small sofa that converts to a sleeper. 5 bedrooms have Queen beds and 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. The main bedroom downstairs has a private bathroom with walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub. There are two separate living rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer for laundry. Recent visitors have remarked that they really didn't need to bring anything but their clothes and toothbrushes. That is what we strive for.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house and can park in the 2 car garage. Free coffee and tea are provided in the kitchen.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Close to parks and playgrounds for kids.
Getting Around:
Car is required, but Uber an Lyft have very short wait times.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests can call or text for assistance.

I am a married father of 5 young children. Very laid back with a good sense of humor. I am a Mechanical Engineer and I have my own Software Development company as well, so I am a bit of a geek. I like to play chess, read, and make music, although I rarely have time to (see paragraph 1, sentence 1). I try to eat healthy and exercise regularly.
Why they chose this property
We lived in this home first and moved out as our kids got older. We have always loved the neighborhood for its quiet, family-friendly environment. It is very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and amusement places. There is good proximity to the city of Houston but it's far enough away that you're not bombarded with the speed and pace of living in the city. Equal distance to Hobby and Bush Intercontinental airports.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because of its size. At over 4200 sq ft of indoor living space and with 7 bedrooms and 2 separate living rooms, large traveling groups find there is ample space and no feeling of being crowded.
