Irish Beach House is a private ocean-front home with unobstructed views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Manchester vacation rental has everything you need for an amazing stay. The house sits on a bluff and has access to the Private Gated Irish Beach just minutes away.

Whether you are adventuring, hiking, exploring, surfing, wine tasting, or just relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck taking in the view of Point Arena Lighthouse, you are sure to love your stay at the Irish Beach House.

The Space: Irish Beach House has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted open beam ceilings and huge windows with amazing views.

We have recently completed a full renovation of the ocean view side of the house. (The two bathrooms and decks are scheduled for renovation next year.) All furnishings in the home are brand new including memory foam mattresses on all of the beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped and well appointed with brand new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Whether you enjoy coffee, tea, wine or all of the above...Irish Beach House has something for you. A Cuisinart dual coffee maker and Keurig is provided with coffee and supplies. An instant kettle and tea are also provided. Enjoy a complementary bottle of wine to enjoy while sitting on the deck taking in the amazing views.

Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom as well as a modern electric fireplace. It is furnished with a king bed and luxurious linens. The master also has an ensuite bathroom. Please note that the jacuzzi tub jets are not functioning, but you can still enjoy a fabulous soak with an ocean view.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin over full bunk. The third bedroom boasts a king bed. All beds in the house have brand new quality memory foam mattresses and high end linens.

Our driveway is very steep. The garage is available for parking. There is a flat gravel spot at the top of the driveway that has room for one car if you are uncomfortable parking in the steep driveway.

We have a Level 2 universal EV charger for guest use in the garage.

Accessibility: There are many sets of stairs throughout the house as well as on the exterior. Our home is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Families with Children: We would love to welcome your family to enjoy the beautiful space, but please note that the home sits on a bluff and does not have a fenced yard or outdoor area on the property (aside from a deck and patio) that is situated for for playing.

Guest Access: You will have full access to the house, decks and patio. We are on a steep bluff that has protected species of plants, so we ask that you stay on the decks and patio. There is no access to the ocean from our property. Please do not walk on the bluff areas. The private Irish Beach is a 3 min drive (or 20 min walk) from the house. There is a gate pass available for guests to access the private beach.

Families with Pets: We are a pet friendly home and and would love to welcome yours.
There is a flat pet fee and we ask that you follow these pet rules:
• 2 Dog Maximum (no cats).
• Do not leave pets unattended in home without owner present.
• There are furniture covers provided in the Livingroom for pets that insist on joining their owners on the furniture. Please use them to protect our couches or chairs. Please do not allow pets on beds.
• Please pick up your pet waste
• There is a community ordinance that pets must be on a leash. Please observe the leash regulations when in open areas. Do not let your pets out on the bluff side without a leash. There is a gated courtyard that your pets can use.
• Must be House Trained - No puppies or indoor pee mats.

There are 3 security cameras on the exterior of the property that are capable of video & audio recordings. One camera faces the driveway, one ring doorbell camera at the front door, and one camera facing the bluffs/ocean side. These devices are for guest and home security. There are no recording devices on the interior of the home.
