This home features 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The updated kitchen includes all the essentials you need for cooking & entertaining. Beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious dining room to enjoy your meals.

-Open kitchen and den with a large kitchen island + bar stools. Relax on the comfy couch while watching the 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and more!

-Formal living room leading into the dining room.

-The master bedroom holds a queen size bed with TV, and newly remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower.

-The second bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with a computer desk and chair.

-The third bedroom has two full size beds.

-The forth bedroom has one queen size bed.

-3 standard couches: 1 in the den, 1 in the formal living room, and 1 in the master bedroom. These sofas do not pull out, but you are welcome to sleep on them.

-The hallway bathroom features a tub/shower combo with large counter space.

-The half bath is off the kitchen next to the laundry room area.

-Gated off street parking behind home.

Reminder regarding Property Rules:

* No Pets
* No Parties/No Events. Only registered guests are allowed on the premesis.
* No Smoking or Vaping ($250 Fee for violations)
* No loud guests or disruptive behavior - Quiet Hours are 9pm-9am
(please respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level!)
* The fireplace is inoperable - do not attempt to use.
* Remove lint from dryer lint screen after each use.
* The garage is locked and inaccessible to guests. Please feel free to park in the driveway!
* No Open Flames (including but not limited to candles, incense, lighters, fireworks, sparklers, fire pits, grills, etc.)
* Please do not eat food in beds. This attracts unwanted pests!
* No Commercial video or photography
* No access spaces - there are storage/closet spaces and a fridge that are locked and inaccessible. If a closet happens to be locked in your room, we have provided a clothing rack or dresser for your convenience!
* No illegal activity or substances of any kind will be tolerated in/on property.
* No Underage drinking on the property is permitted.
* Please do not leave open the doors as we try to be mindful of energy use. (mosquitos and other insects will also enter)
* No Lost & Found - Please remember to look around prior to departure and gather all of your belongings.
* In the event the home is not in the condition it was found (excess trash, spills, anything destroyed or broken, evidence of a party) an excess cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.
* Late Check-out fee is $250
*House is also equipped with a noise monitoring device, due to local Noise ordinance. Security cameras on the front door, front driveway and back patio. Excessive noise after quiet hours or tampering with any security monitoring device is grounds for cancellation of your reservation without refund.
