Close to downtown Dallas and I30 and straight to Arlington for all the sport venues and entertainment and then on to Fort Worth.

The Space:
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home built in 1931. The home has been completely remodeled and has the latest in home automation. The primary bedroom is very large with a huge bathroom. As this is an almost 100 year old home, closets weren't a "thing" in those days. So, we have provided rolling hanging racks in each room so that you can hang your clothes.

Payment: Full payment required at booking. Any pending balance is due 30 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
72 hours post-booking: Full refund minus 4% transaction fee.
31 days or more before check-in: Full refund minus a 4% transaction fee.
30-14 days: Refund of 50% minus a 4% transaction fee.
Less than 14 days: No refunds.
