This ground floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food, and specialty cocktails. There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!
This sun and moon rise facing unit has a 32" Flat screen TV. FREE Wi-Fi Internet for your laptop and other devices. Everything you need for your Kaua'i vacation is included: linens, bath towels, beach towels, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, a microwave, a mini fridge with a separate freezer door, a coffee maker, and more! There are 2 ice machines on the property. Hot tub and pool (nonheated). Poolside BBQs are available.
Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport, 50 minutes to Hanalei, and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point for them all.
Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

The unit was everything we needed and more. The location was perfect with several stores in walking distance and beautiful sunrise view right out of our back window. Pool and hot tub were great after long days of hiking and adventures around the island.

This place was so convenient and perfect for us! I loved being able to walk to the beach and watch the sunrise. It was super clean and i loved that they had a coffee maker. Very close to multiple restaurants and a little grocery. Space was exactly as described.

We enjoyed our stay on Kauai, not only because of the environment, nature, turtles, sealife, food but also because of the lovely condo. Situated on the first floor, close to the beach with a actual beachview. The condo was clean had enough towels, soaps, etc. Perfect place to stay! If we return we will definitely go for the condo again!

Perfect location in an affordable area. Property was well maintained and directly on the beach. Directly next door is Lava Lava Beach Club, a nice place for dinner each night. Also sits behind The Coconut Market where there’s free Hula Shows nightly. Property owner was great to work with reached out quickly to make sure all was well. A really great location priced very nicely. Five stars! Would definitely rent again.

Really close to beach and you can see the ocean a bit from the patio. Convenient having coffeemaker (no coffee, sugar, creamer), toaster and microwave along with 2 small refrigerators. Many places to eat nearby & small grocery/convenience store. It is close to designated smoking area and it does waft to patio area. .

This is our second time staying at Aston, first time in this unit. Overall beautiful property. The room had all the essentials and overall very clean and quiet even though it is closer to the parking lot. Can use some little upgrades such as newer towels, additional floor mat inside by the door, more lights in the room. Appreciate the management team replacing the hair dryer so promptly. This is an excellent value!!! The room was close to the beach, a wonderful resaraunt on the beach (Lava Lava Beach Club) within walking distance. The room and grounds are clean and safe and has a very large parking lot steps away from the door. There is an amazing shoping center with grocery store, shops and food vendors and also Free nightly entertainment! Kapaa is centrally located on the island so it was not a long drive to explore the North or the South end of the island. Communication was excellent at all times regarding the room.

After a week rental, clean sheets and towels should be provided no charge. Also patio chair leg rotted and broke. I reported it the first week and it was not taken care of

Before your arrival, the unit is cleaned and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out. We do offer an additional service for linens, towels, bed remade, and additional spruce up clean for a $70 fee per scheduled day.

Extended our stay prior to check in for a total of 9 days. Two adults. 4 towels. 1 roll toilet paper. On Tuesday when they checked on us I advised we needed towels and TP and was told I need to pay $85 for a mid week service (staying NINE days and not ONE towel change out?) the property will not allow use of on site COIN laundry so we spent 3 hours at a laundromat up the road to wash towels, Walmart to buy toilet paper. Side notes: this unit is farthest from beach not a beach/ocean view. Shower has terrible pressure and 50/50 shot on getting hot water (most showers were cold) Toilet runs and flushes on its own every 3-4 flushes. Hair dryer did not work. Limited amenities provided by owner.
Normally we stay at Plantation Hale or Paniolo (Princeville)
We travel to Kauai 2-3 times per year
This location is excellent but Plantation Hale is next door with larger units, more amenities at about the same cost.
We do not plan on staying a second time in this unit due to: wanting us to pay $85 for TP and Towels on a 9 day stay, very few amenity items in room, poor plumbing.
The property itself is beautiful and Coconut Marketplace is our favorite. Couple good restaurants: Vinny Bs and Hukilau within steps. Beach is within steps and quiet. Lava Lava is a fun ocean front bar on property.

Additionally, our advertisements emphasize important information: we operate independently from the hotel reservation system, and there is no daily room service. Guests enjoy access to common grounds, complimentary parking, the pool, hot tub, and pool bar. Our privately owned studio, offered at a lower rate, is cleaned and stocked with start-up supplies before arrival, with a follow-up cleaning at check-out.
As mentioned in our ads, additional services like replenishing supplies, changing linens, and a spruce-up clean can be arranged for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Laundry facilities are conveniently located a short six to seven-minute drive from the property. We believe in keeping guests well-informed about our setup before they arrive. That being said, we are actively looking into supplying more "start-up" supplies, especially for longer stays, to ensure a more comfortable experience for our future guests.

Location of the unit is great, there is swimming pool, tiki bar, marketplace with two coffee shops to grab coffee in the morning. There is great beach restaurant down the beach path which is super close. And since it’s oceanfront, you can watch the sunrise every morning as well. Overall great experience. Didn’t have any problems.
