Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations, and we want to address a few things for the benefit of future guests reading this. When cleanliness concerns were first raised, we immediately offered to send housekeeping back to address them. That offer was ultimately declined, and we respect that decision. However, we do want to note that a thorough inspection of the property following your departure, including timestamped photos and video, showed the home to be clean and in good condition. We have also scheduled a deep clean for the property, during which baseboards and detail areas will be thoroughly addressed. Regarding the yard, our landscaping team visited just days prior to your arrival and completed a full walkthrough with documentation. The outdoor cushions are intentionally stored in the garage between guest stays to protect them from wildlife damage, which is common in rental properties. We are happy to set them out upon request and apologize if that was not communicated clearly. The window chips, caused by landscaping equipment, were assessed and are being professionally repaired. They were not structural and did not pose a safety concern. We did process a refund for the unused nights and took every concern seriously throughout your stay. Guest comfort is always the priority, and we are committed to making sure every home at A Stay Above The Rest is held to a high standard. We appreciate the feedback and will continue using it to improve the experience for all of our guests
