This quiet, centrally located and beautifully furnished home is truly a destination that will provide relaxation, enjoyment and lasting memories with family and friends. The home has an open and spacious feeling and boasts a beautiful backyard including a covered seated patio area with heated pool and spa for enjoyment year round. The home is outfitted with a large living room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one half bath, full kitchen/dining area, dining room and media equipped loft. The vast amenities include wifi internet access, ultra HD SMART Roku LED TVs including Netflix and Sling TV access, sound bar, LG washer/dryer and outdoor gas grill.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of some the best dining, entertainment, music festivals and lakes in central Texas. The Domain, Downtown Round Rock, Dell Diamond, Round Rock Outlet Mall, Park and Pizza and Rocking R Water Park are all just minutes away from the home. Downtown Austin, University of Texas, Congress bridge and the Circuit of Americas are all within 30 minutes away since the home is located close to both I-35, 45, MOPAC and 130. Perfect for families and friends visiting, traveling or looking for an unforgettable weekend getaway.

We were a group of middle-aged men down to watch the F1 race at COTA. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood with plenty of room inside and out, and a pool and hot tub outback. It was about a half an hour drive to and from the racetrack, which made it a very convenient place to stay. The one or two minor issues we had were promptly dealt with by our host Scarlett who was absolutely wonderful.

Guys Trip

Planned a trip with friends to the Austin area. This was the perfect setting for a guys trip with a grill for burgers, corn hole boards, and the pool and hot tub. Large room to watch a game, and tables outside and inside to play cards or sit around and talk. Walking trails are close by for runners/walkers in the group.
