The Lily Pond Cottage is nestled in the charming Palisades neighborhood of Lake Arrowhead. Positioned on a level lot, guests will enjoy the ease of access to our home with only a one-step entry front and back, as well as the close proximity to the lake - just a short walk away.
This enchanting cottage features four bedrooms and three baths.
Our quaint lily pond with live Koi fish offers a tranquil environment for enjoying the peacefulness and zen of the mountains.
Our guests will certainly enjoy barbecuing and dining in our backyard while embracing the wonder of nature.
To enhance your evenings, there’s a fire pit - a perfect place to lounge by the fire while star gazing or toasting marshmallows with the kids.
Taking in the beautiful surroundings and ambient mood, you may wish to take a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi.
This 1,989 square foot comfortable and spacious home is equipped with modern high end appliances and fully stocked kitchen for those whom wish to cook.
The cottage is ADA accessible and equipped with ramps, a roll-in shower and even a ceiling lift! Our home is one of very few ADA accessible homes on the mountain - it truly can accommodate and be enjoyed by everyone.

Isabel and her husband were a joy to interact with and host...The extreme winter snow storms delayed their arrival by several weeks, but they were understanding and open to alternatives. Once they arrived with teenaged snow boarders and skiers in tow they were quite "happy campers". They left my home immaculate and were very considerate guests. I welcome their return and I hope they will return soon.

We arrived to lovely twinkling Christmas lights and Christmas music playing. The hot tub was also ready to go. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bake. The dining table was great for eating, puzzling and playing games. Every room was cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, BBQing in the back yard, and making smores with the firepit. My grandkids LOVED the basement playroom and spent a lot of time in there. They also loved the swing in the front yard. Nancy was very easy to communicate with and thought of everything to make our trip special! We would definitely return for another visit.

This welcoming home was the ideal setting for our two families to have the best winter getaway. This property exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen fully stocked with all we could need. Updated bathrooms and amenities felt like a 5 star hotel. Travel cribs appreciated! Play room was wonderful! Host was so easy to communicate with and patiently answered all questions. No complaints at all. We will be back!

Family snow trip

The property is so nice, clean, and every detail was thought of. My two grandchildren who are 2 and 7 really enjoyed the playroom. It was a family trip my husband and I, our two children, their spouses, and our two grandchildren. There was room for everyone along with nice, fenced yard for our two dogs. Really enjoyed our short but sweet trip.

Beautiful and cozy home!

We rent this beautiful home for our family of 6 adults with my son of 6y old, and my husband in a wheelchair, who was very pleased with all the wheelchair accessibility of this home and so many 5 stars amenities from snacks, towels, toothbrushes shampoo, soap and so much more. super clean and the professional interior design is so beautiful like a brochure looking, Nancy (the hoste) is an excellent handson owner manager she was in contact with us all the time, looking for our confort. Nothing else to say just we so highly recommended and we will love to come back. Thank you.

Amazing for families

The property was a dream. Recently renovated and very well appointed (frankly better than my own kitchen at home!), it made for a perfect stay for our two families. We had two toddlers and they absolutely loved all the toys available to them in the playroom. Nancy thought of everything and there were utensils and plates for the kids, baby gates, high chair etc. The rooms were great as well with two of them having en suite baths. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Express Mountain Vacation

With the beginning of a new school year just around the corner, we planned a spontaneous 4 day getaway up in Lake Arrowhead. The Lily Pond Cottage was the perfect location to the Village and Lake with secure yard for our dog to safely roam around. The cottage interiors were exceptionally clean, comfortable and stylish. Nancy our host was excellent to communicate with, she has thought of everything to ensure your stay is wonderful and relaxing. Our only disappointment was that we did not book a longer stay at The Lily Pond Cottage.

Perfect Cottage!

Our family had a wonderful time at the "Lily Pond" cottage! It was spacious, and yet so cozy. The cleanliness of the home, beautiful furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, perfect game room for our young grandchildren, was appreciated by everyone. Above all, Nancy is the best host! Lake Arrowhead Wedding 💑

Perfect location. Only .2 mile to the venue. Loved that the home was able to accommodate my needs, as well as my guests and their children. There's a playroom downstairs., which kept the children loved! ALL rooms are modern. Walk-in showers. Cleanliness was a bonus!! A home to love ❤️

Clarissa stayed at the Lily Pond Cottage for her daughter's wedding. A big storm came in during her stay and knocked out the electricity and power lines for days. Thank goodness I have a large generator on property - big enough to power the entire house. My home was among only a few in the neighbor that had lights, electricity and heat. Clarissa's communication skills were excellent! She kept me informed every step of the way. She was helpful with interacting with the repair men and was very understanding under the circumstances. She and her family took good care of my home and left it clean and tidy, I am grateful to have such wonderful guests! Clarissa, congratulations on your daughter's recent nuptials!

We had a great stay. The home is beautiful and very welcoming. This was the most well stocked VRBO I have stayed in. Nancy even had tooth brushes and tooth paste for every bathroom! It was like staying in a 5 star hotel room. She has every cooking utensil and gadget in the kitchen which is a blast to cook in! This home had something for everyone. Retreat, at home.

We have stayed in some beautiful homes but this one is special. The minute you walk in it is peaceful. Not overdone but just done. Spotlessly clean, comfortable high end textiles, and not a single want or wish to be had in the generous and thoughtful kitchen. Communication is also outstanding and quick. A lot of information provided before arrival and throughout the stay as needed. I look for Premier Hosts and good ratings - this was a win and allowed for a true retreat from the city, but feels like home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and Well Appointed

Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful and very well appointed!! It was as described in the listing and was the nicest home out of all rented by the others in our group visiting for a family wedding. Many of our relatives stated they intend to rent this home in the future. Only less than ideal items were that there was a bit of dog hair (as to be expected in a pet friendly rental), and the access pad for entry to the home was finicky (all numbers don't light up at initially when trying to enter key code - but we were always able to lock/unlock the door within a few tries). We are avid travelers renting homes often and this cottage is truly a gem!

I purchased this beautiful property in December of 2020 and immediately began a complete renovation...The entire home has been renovated from top to bottom. New furnace, dual central air conditioners, insulated the attic, generator, new appliances, new flooring, door casings and hardware, toilets, sinks, mirror, paint, dining room booth, kitchen cabinets - everything.

Why they chose this property

This is the most beautiful spot! We just fell in love with it!

We love coming up and getting away from the summer heat.

What makes this property unique

We have a son who is quadriplegic from M.S., so we have equipped the home with a ceiling lift, ramps, barn doors, a roll-in shower and an accessible bathroom on the first floor. Situated on a level lot, he can enjoy the entire property with us.
