Picturesque views of the best lake and mountains around...This large (4,000 sq. feet) remodeled custom home offers sweeping, PANORAMIC LAKE & MOUNTAIN VIEWS from almost every room including the living room, kitchen, dining room, master suite, 2 guest bedrooms, and the loft. Enjoy the hard-to-beat lake views from 2 huge levels of private decks (off living, dining, master, and 2 guest rooms). 5 baths.

This upscale home is beautifully decorated with an upscale lake lodge feel with a level entry point into the home. Inside are many windows for you to enjoy the wonderful lake views. Enjoy sitting in front of one of the fireplaces which is the focal point for the living room with open beams climbing more than 30 feet to the top.

Two sliding glass doors open out to the large main deck and allow you to enjoy your magnificent lake views, even while you’re indoors. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, and breakfast bar. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a coffee maker (we provide coffee and tea), toaster, and condiments. Barbeque your dinner with a gas BBQ and enjoy the views from the dining room deck picnic table. We have a large rustic dining room table that seats 10 comfortably and a breakfast bar that can seat 3.

From the master suite, you can wake up to the breathtaking views of the lake. The master also has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Enjoy your morning coffee out on your large private deck. All beds are made up of soft, clean sheets and plenty of towels are provided. We pride ourselves on providing a clean, comfy, and welcoming environment.

There are five large bedrooms, 4 with queen beds and 1 with a king bed, four of the rooms come with full-size on-suite bathrooms. There is a large loft with a sofa and a trundle bed that can be used. There is a small stock of books and a table and chairs for board games.

There is wireless Internet for those with laptops, a TV, a Pool Table, a Jukebox Record Player, board games, cards as well as videos to keep you occupied. At the same time, you snuggle up in front of the second fireplace on the relaxing sofa or recliner.

We stayed during Christmas vacation and the decorations were beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the game room foosball and pool table and dancing to the jukebox. Would stay here again

We enjoyed our beautiful trip to this Cabin, we traveled with our entire family (10) 2 kids 8/10 yrs. I will say that the Bedrooms with the Bathrooms were a huge reason for the 5 star and of course the Views amazing and when the decking is finished it will be perfect. We enjoyed both Living room areas and the 2 fireplaces. Brian is easy to get in touch when needed. The parking for all of our cars was also a bonus, if traveling with Elderly or children the front entry is very easy to enter only a few steps so made unloading our cars easy also. We will absolutely consider this Cabin when planning another trip to Arrowhead.Thank you Brian for our stay.The Seawright Family

Precious Memories

This was an amazing, beautiful home! We had 3 families stay with children and we still had plenty of room to enjoy. The game room is a great feature complete with all the amenities for the whole family to enjoy. The view from the deck was amazing and we were able to enjoy Lake Arrowhead's starry nights while we were there. Thank you Brian for letting us enjoy your home for the weekend! Our family will cherish the memories! We will definitely come back!!!

Amazing View!

Outstanding view, lovely first level living room and kitchen. Seriously, the lake is so much bigger and more prominent than the pictures suggest. The multitude of bedrooms and bathrooms made hosting a large friend gathering easy. Loved the second living room/game room. A few things could use some repair, but none of that impacted the fantastic time we had. Perfect place for a large group of friends and family!

Spacious and Scenic Stay

Great home with plenty of space and rooms for a big size family. Front garage parking allows for about 3-4 small cars, at most. Garage only fits one car (sedan, mini SUV). The place offers 5 good size bedrooms (4 are master suites), well furnished and clean. Also 5 very nice bathrooms. There are 4 different level outdoor decks with awesome views of Lake Arrowhead. The large open living room area offers great space for large dinners and family game night. One floor below is the huge game room that offers pool table, arcade game, foosball, large screen TV, comfy lounge reclining sofas, a mini bar, poker table and my favorite, a jukebox. For my family, our weekend getaway was primarily spent inside this great home as the space allowed for us all to relax and enjoy our time well spent. Brian, the owner, was easily reachable via phone if problems or question came up. Thank you.

The view was just as incredible as the owner's hospitality

The view from the house was spectacular, each bedroom was unique and most had a private bathroom. The house easily sleeps 12, though we only had 8; the kids and adults both loved the amenities, including the game room complete with pool table and DVD/flat panel TV, and of course wifi. The furniture throughout was solid and newer, clean, and very comfortable. We didn't use the barbecue on the deck, but did enjoy lounging outside on the great patio furniture. The most memorable thing about this particular house, interestingly, was our experience interacting with the owner, both before heading up and during our stay there. His genuine concern about our stay was in stark contrast to the other responses and interactions I've had with VRBO owners, who seemed to simply be investors or property managers. His demeanor and efforts to make our visit enjoyable, from recommendations for restaurants and activities, to intentionally stocking the bar and pantry, contributed significantly to our enjoyment, and were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this home to future Lake Arrowhead visitors.

Great spot but not great communication

The place is nice; a little run down but not bad. The Christmas tree is a very nice touch but the communication was lacking. I left a voicemail for the owner the first night we arrived and he never replied. I texted the following day and he replied but then didn’t reply to the next text. Dishwasher was broken and he never responded as to how to fix it. Made it hard for my group to wash dishes. There was also no bath wash anywhere. Lots of shampoo and conditioner though. Overall great spot for a group and great for the price.

Beautiful Cabin and great Location!!!

First of all the pictures do not do this cabin justice. Every room was beautiful and very comfortable for our weekend stay with 13 of our best friends. Brian was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The game room and multiple decks were amazing to hang out and enjoy our time with our friends. You walk in to a beautiful living room and dinning room with an amazing view. To the right when you walk in is a a bedroom and full bath and just off the living room another full bedroom and bathroom and stairs up to a big loft with futon couch table and chairs. Down a flight of stairs another bedroom with full bath and into a beautiful spacious family room/ game room with pool table, foosball table, Jukebox with lots of seating and big screen tv and bar area with another big bedroom and full bath. Off the big deck and down some stairs another beautiful bedroom with its own full bath and most of the rooms had their own private deck. Enjoyed the cabin so much we spent most of our time there relaxing enjoying the nice weather and time with our friends. My only issues while we were there is the pool sticks needed to have tips so we could utilize the pool table but no big deal, didn’t ruin our time one bit and really enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again. Thank you Brian for being such an amazing host and letting us stay in your beautiful home. Very highly recommend this beautiful home.

Happy Family Reunion

This home worked so well for our large family. We needed rooms for 5 couples and then more beds for a few more and there was plenty of room for us all to hang out. Lovely decks on 3 levels and the perfect view! We couldn't have asked for anything more than extra parking. Brian was expectionally gracious about everything. Thank you, Brian!

We enjoyed our two night stay on the lake! Brian is a fantastic host! House has plenty of room & a neat game room! Our 85year old nana was able to enjoy her visit with us because there was a room on the main floor to accommodate her with her walker. Definitely give this place 9 out of 10 stars!

My wife and I enjoy being with family and friends. We know what it takes to make people feel welcome and enjoy their visits with us. We both come from large families and tend to do most of the hosting of parties. The holidays normally have about 30 - 40 family members being catered to and we get our enjoyment out of pampering others.

Why they chose this property

As a child, my parents brought me to Lake Arrowhead for summer vacations. Lake Arrowhead has a unique feature about it that draws good common people together to enjoy the beauty of this wonderful place. When we found this home and all of the wonderful amenities it had, we couldn't believe it was ours to own. I think from seeing the pictures you can tell that we pay attention to making our place a comfortable place for people to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

This 4000 sq. ft. home comes with 5 separate bedrooms with four of the five having the own full on-suite bathrooms. The loft is huge allowing 2 more additional people the ability to sleep on the pull out bed from the couch. The home has a garage so that you can pull in your car leaving the ability for two more to park on the driveway and several more in front. The road is public which is maintained, plowed and won't spoil your vacation when it snows.
