NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

I was happy with everything except responsive time. I could ask a question and it’d take 4-8 hours for them to respond! Also no AC which wasn’t listed! And also it is an apartment not a house

Disappointing

Problems throughout, starting with a very dirty oven, etc., which had to be cleaned at our request and a defective toilet that had to be repaired at our request and including an old, worn-out mattress that had to be replaced at our request, etc. We had to contact the property manager time and again to fix such basic problems. I suppose such problems originated from the property owner, but the manager ought to have checked everything before the rental. Very disappointing: unexpected from the VRBO description and at the price.
