About this property

Our new comfortable apartment is located about 200 meters from the dike, 400 meters from the beach and seawater outdoor pool and also 400 meters from the adventure pool (Ocean Wave) away. The apartment is about 60 square meters. It consists of a living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The bay window in the living room has large windows, so that the light and visibility are particularly beautiful.
The kitchen is complete (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine etc.). The color TV is in the living room. The window and door elements are provided with double glazing and external blinds. In every room there is a window with a fly screen. In addition to the usual central heating, the living room, bathroom and hallway are equipped with underfloor heating. The living room is in southwestern location. Outside the living room are a table and 4 chairs.
Free WiFi is available.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Car parking u. Storage facilities for bicycles are sufficiently available.
On the lawn behind the house is a paved patio with massive wooden benches and a table.

Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Es liegt zwar am Rand des Wohngebiets (ruhige und idyllische Lage!), aber dennoch sind viele wichtige Spots (Strand, Deichpromenade, Ocean Wave, Seehundstation, Kurpark, etc.) in 5-10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war von Anfang bis Ende sehr unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Feriendomizil

Es hat alles gepasst. Die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet alles was benötigt wurde war vorhanden. Alles sehr gut erreichbar (zu Fuß/ Fahrrad). Sehr netter Empfang mit Einweisung und Informationen. Für den Umweg an den Strand wegen Baustelle gibt es keine Abzüge bei der Bewertung (Vermieter kann ja nichts dafür ;-). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Baumaßnahmen bis 2022 an den Deichübergängen, daher längere Wege zum Strand

Sehr gut ausgestattete Fewo mit sehr bequemer Sitzgruppe beide Schlafzimmer mit Ehebatten mit getrennten Matratzen, in der Küche Zeile war das Fach mit der Plastikschüssel und dem Sieb nur durch Klettern auf einen Stuhl erreichbar.

Toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Man kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Wir sind zu dritt da gewesen, aber es ist genügend Platz für eine weitere Person, da 2 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind.
