Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Die Größe ebenfalls. Gut fanden wir den Bodenbelag, da einfach sauber zu halten. Allerdings lässt die Sauberkeit doch zu wünschen übrig, ebenso der Zustand vieler Möbel. Zum Beleg anbei die Fotos. Im Bad ist einiges an Schimmel in den Fugen, die teils gar nicht richtig verfugt sind. Der Siphon im Waschbecken des Bades war ecklig und nur notdürftig mit einem Sieb bedeckt was den Wasserablauf behinderte. Der Duschkopf ist ebenfalls mit schwarzem Schimmel versehen. Auf der Fensterbank der Küche totes Getier. Uns schien, die Wohnung wurde vorher nicht noch einmal auf Sauberkeit kontrolliert und war schon länger nicht genutzt. Löcher in der zur Verfügung gestellten Decke. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren top und wohl neu. Allerdings sah die Unterlage auf dem Lattenrost nicht so aus. Am Hauseingang kein Licht, der Bewegungsmelder ist wohl defekt und das Flurlicht lässt sich nur an der Wohnungstür einschalten. Am Couchtisch waren noch Spuren von Kerzenwachs und der letzten Mahlzeit. Das Plissee im Schlafzimmer wurde schon länger nicht mehr geputzt. Im ganzen könnte die Wohnung einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und die Möbel eine Aufarbeitung. Schade denn eigentlich hat die Wohnung Potential. Leider kann man nur 8 Fotos hochladen, sonst hätten wir noch die anderen Mängel gerne mit Bildern belegt.
