The fully remodeled open-concept chef's kitchen overlooks the backyard oasis, seamlessly connecting to the dining and living spaces. It's fully equipped to prepare, cook, and cater to your guests efficiently, with an island seating four and a dining table accommodating eight. The living area offers a plush sectional, fireplace, flat-screen TV, shuffleboard table, and a dedicated workspace. Laundry facilities with a front-loading washer and dryer are also at your disposal.

Pool Heating: The pool can be heated up to 85 degrees during your stay for a fee. If you decide to take advantage of this extra service, please notify the host 48+ hours in advance.
Pool heating fees per day:
October: $105
November: $125
December - February: $150
March-Sept: $100

Car charging at the property would cost $15 per day charge and $25 per overnight charge.

Early check in and late check outs are allowed if the property is available. Please inquire for the FEE. Strictly based on availability.

***Warning***: The pool and spa at our property do not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children. We recommend that families with children staying at our property ensure that all children under seven avoid entering the outdoor area unaccompanied or are sufficient swimmers.***
Pets: Currently not allowed at this time
Propane Tanks: For amenities that require propane, we do our best to ensure there is remaining propane for your use. However, if there happens to be no propane in the tanks, please let us know, and we will have a new tank delivered the next day. If you need propane the same day, you can replace it at a local grocer and submit the receipt to us for reimbursement.
