This super quiet, spacious & comfortable living space is located in the popular family-friendly neighborhood of Pinecrest. It's surrounded by a 2-mile jogging trail & golf-course. Super close to Little River exits for 395 & 495. Less than 10 miles to DC. Express metro buses to DC and Old Town Alexandria are right outside neighborhood entrance. Beautiful parks, grocery stores, restaurants, & Starbucks are all within walking distance. (Minimum 6-month stay but prefer one-year or longer. Reach out with any questions.)

Hi There - I am Jess. I have lived in this neighborhood since I was 8 years old. I went to school down the street and at George Mason university as a commuter kid. I just love this area and never left. I have been renting out this space for almost two years now.
