This was a great place to stay for a week with my dog and cat. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Very peaceful but fantastic location for getting around northern VA. The unit had everything I needed and more. Fantastic amenities. Katie was welcoming and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

This was the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in in a long time. Every corner was impeccable. Katie and Michael were very good communicators and their neighborhood is lovely. The apartment felt like I was staying with my favorite aunt and she put out the good guest towels for me. Would happily stay again.

We stayed here while attending a family event. I had no idea such a peaceful spot existed in this busy area! Katy was so helpful-even heating up the hot tub so it woud be lovely when we returned from dinner. The listing and directions was spot on. It was really helpful to know that the 2nd time is the charm in putting in the door code! We will definately stay there again.

Needed a place close to my brother's home. This was absolutely perfect. Beautiful lush greenery out the back. If i used the hottub it would have been very serene. The bed was super comfortable with the bathroom attached that had been incredibly appointed. Hot eater was instantaneous with great wster pressure for a relaxing end to the day. Owners on-site could not have been nicer and accommodating early arrival.

This stay was everything I was looking forward to and more. It’s even better than the photos! Communication with Katie was the best I ever had with a host. I had trouble getting in and she immediately came to my aid! She also made sure that I had everything I could want or need for the perfect stay. (Katie was also generous enough to offer my pup a treat when we got in to which my dog had zero hesitation in accepting, lol) The space was very clean, the location was beautiful, and I was so grateful that I could have my dog along with me! The hot tub, of course, was the highlight. It was easy to adjust, the temperature was perfect, very private, and it was absolutely serene. It was the best way to bring in the new year. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, and we would welcome the opportunity to come back whenever we can! Thank yall so much for having us!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is rather diverse, and the neighbors are kind.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this place because of its extraordinary, literally gorge-ous back yard containing a gorge leading down to Indian Run, not to mention 20 varieties of trees stretching all the way to the sky! And we love sitting in the hot tub looking out onto it.
