What an outstanding location! So close to downtown but just a couple blocks away so you get some quiet at night. The home is beautiful - an old Victorian with ample space for the three of us. It never felt crowded and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful trip. The host was so kind and allowed us to bring our old dog. Just a wonderful experience.
Great location; very close to everything in town. The three bedrooms were perfect for us. Street parking can be a challenge during busy times of the day, but it's not a huge concern.
Great location with a perfect patio to have coffee in the morning or happy hour drinks. Street parking is tricky but not a problem. Clean, and host is accommodating.
The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is great for enjoying all the shops and restaurants in downtown Saratoga!
Ashlee (host) was great!
Always enjoy our time at Saratoga and this year did not disappoint due to the perfect location of this house and great amenities. Host was most gracious in helping us maneuver a change of plans. The best part was a patio right outside the door for morning coffee or late night cocktails.
The house was spotless, charming, beautifully decorated, well appointed, comfortable, and centrally located. Ashlee was very accommodating and extremely responsive. We loved our stay!
The house far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful, classic Saratoga Springs Victorian house. Perfectly decorated, comfortable and very clean. Located in one of the best small cities in the country. We will definitely be back.
This home was so beautiful and perfectly located in downtown Saratoga. The owner has done a really nice job of keeping the charm and character of the house while adding all of the modern day amenities. We loved walking everywhere in town on Broadway and to the racetrack. Solevo is our top choice for dining and it’s one block away. Be sure to make dinner reservations well in advance. We can’t wait to stay again!

This place was perfect for our family weekend in Saratoga Springs. It is spacious and comfortable and the location absolutely cannot be beat. The owners were also responsive and friendly.
Parking is not as easy as it seems. There are spots on the street right in front of the house, but you have to move your car to the other side at 8AM every day. We struggled with lighting - two of the bedrooms didn't have viable bedside lamps and the plug situation meant we had to run around swapping power strips -and there was a plumbing issue on day one. Hence, four stars instead of five.
One thing to note is that becuase this is a house that's quite central to downtown, there was noise from parties and bars nearby. We are city people so it was fine by us: we could deal with that for this perfect location and amount of space, bot others may prefer the quiet of a hotel.
Oh - the place is for sale, so it may not be available much longer.
