Across the street, you can enjoy a private dock on beautiful Ballston Lake. Kayaks, paddle boards, & fishing poles available for use. Gym with exercise equipment & sauna. Lots of outdoor entertainment space which includes multi-levels of seating, a large gas grill, smoker, wood and gas fire pits, and outdoor shower. Additional kitchen in basement. Lots of yard games including volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole. Less than 20 minutes from Saratoga & Rivers Casino. (Available Travers race, 5 day minimum) Pet friendly
The space
Dressers and closets will be emptied prior to your stay. Luxury sheets, towels, pillows, and bedding will be provided. Smart tv's in each bedroom, also in living room, basement, pool room and gym. Hairdryers and bath supplies located in each bathroom. Plenty of space, perfect for 2 or 3 families.

Our stay was amazing! The house was perfect with so many details and extras. Rose and Eric were fantastic hosts with plenty of information before our trip and they were extremely responsive during our stay. The dock and boat house were a daily hang out for the family, and we would love to go back! Thank you again for all of the memories and a vacation we'll never forget.

Brillian place! We had a blast time!

We had wonderful time with family friends for the whole week. Every enjoyed so much all the facilities, especially the pool and hot tub. The owner was very considerate and answered all the questions that we had in prompt time!! the owner has all of possible cook ware, even rice cooker and instant pots!! We will definitely come back!!
