Located in Saratoga Springs on Saratoga Lake, enjoy everything this luxe lake house has to offer! With a welcoming atmosphere, this beautiful property provides a peaceful retreat for guests. This home is ideal for guests traveling for race weeks at the Historic Saratoga Race Track, Golf Weekends, or Family gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, coffee maker, and top of the line appliances. The bedrooms feature a variety of sleeping arrangements, including a king bed, queen bed, full bed, and bunk bed. The master bed/bath offer a beautiful view of the lake with a large walk out sun deck. The bathrooms are equipped with amenities such as walk in showers, hair dryer, and even a jetted bathtub for ultimate relaxation. The lower level offers an Air hockey table, private bedroom with bunk beds, full bath, and full sofa living area. The sunroom offers stunning views of the sunsets with plenty of space to lounge/ entertain. There is an exterior patio for outdoor dining. The lower level has a walk out patio/swing with beautiful lake views. Across the street, there is a dual level deck with outdoor dining set up, refrigerator, and access to the dock. *Note: Dock usage is available from late May-mid October. Deck/lake access is available year round, but Dock must be removed seasonally for safety/storage. Kayaks, fishing poles, and float pad are available for use as well. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Saratoga Lake, while being a short drive to the excitement of downtown, Saratoga’s Historic Race Track, or Golf.

A great place to stay!

The place was really nice, clean, modern, and had everything we needed for the weekend. The view of the lake was also really beautiful, with the dock and boathouse also very useful! Was a close trip to downtown Saratoga and overall a perfect place to stay.

Family Time - on the lake house

Perfect for our whole family to stay in comfort during a weekend of larger family events in area. Spacious with lots of seating options. Well equipped kitchen. Even though it rained the whole weekend and we didn’t take advantage of the lake, gazebo, bbq… there was lots of time sitting as a family. Lots of games, toys, art stuff (for little kids) to make the most of a great house. A truly great experience.

A mansion across from the lake. Could have been a 10 if there were not design and maintenance issues. Virtually no a/c upstairs bedrooms which makes it hot in August. Other floors were nice and cool. Issues with screen and other doors leading to upper deck. However, great view. Need to be very careful not to get run over crossing a very busy road to dock. Great views fromHouse.
