Must be able to climb stairs and be in good physical health. The apartment is up two steep flights of stairs.
I have recently updated the cooling systems in the house based on reviews. One room has a queen bed with a 2022 Hisense 8000 BTU window unit. The second bedroom has two beds (queen, full, and an air mattress) and a 2022 Midea 12000 BTU Window unit. The rest of the house is an open layout with one small air conditioner and an industrial fan.
