Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms make this retreat perfect for families and groups. There is an inviting living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a six-person dining table, a large smart TV and streaming services, a high pub-like table for two, and a propane fireplace to keep you warm during the winter months. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the essentials, including a dishwasher for an easy post-meal clean up and a breakfast bar for three people. There is a tiled space off the living area with a jetted tub for a soothing bath. The main bedroom has its own fireplace, smart TV, and en suite bath, while the second bedroom, equipped with two beds, has a smart TV.

There is a separate common area/bedroom with two beds, a full bathroom, a smart TV with cable and streaming services, a two-person dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Enjoy your private patio and relax as you take in the surroundings.

Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
